If you want an arms length relationship…
If you want an arms length relationship with no personal touch or support then this is the ideal solicitors for you. Everything is remote, via email or app and if you call you are unable to speak to the solicitor who will send you a generic and impersonal email later on. This lack of personal touch can lead to frustration and a lack of understanding of what the solicitor requires, which in our case led to an extremely underwhelming and frustrating experience. We wish we had used our usual solicitors who provide a friendly and personal service.

Lawyer forgets standard human greeting!
Service was adequate.
The one time I spoke to the lawyer she was short and abrupt, didn't even greet me properly, so I never felt comfortable calling her again. Not the sort of person I would use for anything other than very simple matters.
