The whole process of re-mortgaging and was made simple with clear simple communication from Fidler & Pepper via email and the App from our case handler Mawgan. Mawgan was always on hand to answer my questions no matter how silly the question might seem.

I remortgaged using Fiddler & Pepper, all done online, download their app, just one questionnaire to complete, had 2 or 3 questions which I emailed and got a very prompt and professional replies from either Emma Scollick or Georgie Guest. Fantastic!!!
You often hear horror stories about solicitors and conveyancing processes. Fidler and pepper were the opposite. Everything they did was with efficiency and with you, their customer at the forefront. We loved the digital element of it, that updated us along the way but also allowed us to send messages via the app that were all kept in one place so we could look back and see what we had discussed. All important documents were also there so there was no need for us to trail through email threads to find things, although they would send it through there too. Honestly we couldn’t have asked for a faster and smoother process than what Fidler and pepper provided us with and now we have our new home and feel confident that all legal bases were covered properly. Would definitely recommend.
