Could be better.
They provide a guarantor service but when you speak to customer service no one knows much about it. There website doesn’t have enough information about the service they provide. I found Debbie to be quite rude with her email responses when it came to the guarantor service they provide. Shanae was helpful and had a nicer tone so thank you. They email every day asking about payment. Like ofcourse I know I need to pay. Maybe every couple of days would be better appreciated. The
