Brilliant service! Have ordered grass from here a few times, the latest order was a different shade sent, but had a lovely lady Steph sorted out a return for me, I sent a sample of the previous grass I had ordered and she found me the exact match, very helpful, would highly recommend, I now have a super lawn that looks great , thank you, Deborah.

I can fully recommend Flooring Direct. Easy to navigate website making the ordering process straight forward with no hassle. Great communication throughout making it a pleasure to deal with them. Well done guys and I’d have no hesitation in using you again in the future.

Ordered samples, received the next day, order arrived 3 days later, good quality vinyl for the price which I managed to lay myself. I received an email a couple of days later from Hayley to check I was happy with it. Great customer service, would definitely recommend. Thankyou

Ordered some wide metal carpet trims. They were reasonably priced and good quality. The delivery was very quick would recommend.

The delivery arrived when stated and the goods itself were in very good condition, so many thanks to all concerned.

p.s - Special mention to Hayley Palmer (Aftersales) who was lovely too and quite comical which lightened my day. :-)

Great customer service, brilliant price and fast delivery. Also absolutely love my flooring.

I purchased some vinyl flooring online, I was contacted swiftly by the sales team who advised that the particular floor was not in stock, but offered a replacement style that very closely matched my order. It was dispatched swiftly and arrived the next day. Great quality, great service and knowledgeable staff.
Would recommend and use again
Thanks!

Amazing service from beginning to end.
I can’t fault these guys and the delivery time frame far exceeded my expectations.

A 5 star service for a 5 star product.

Thank you!

Bought fantastic quality artificial grass at a really great price. Service and communication were great from start to finish. Delivery was bang on time, and I was really pleased with the quality of my product. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. The website was well laid out and had answers and detail not found on other sites that I browsed. The follow up email, checking everything was ok, was a nice personal touch. This kind of company deserves recognition, well done guys.

Thank you very much for a fantastic carpet buying service. From order to delivery was a breeze and the carpet is such good quality for the price. I'll be definitely a returning customer and have no hesitation in recommending Flooring Direct ☺️

My purchase was delivered on time and the packaging was appropriate . The price was as expected and the product of a good quality . The delivery driver left the package as requested . I would have no qualms in recommending this company and will definitely keep them as one if my suppliers in the future.

2nd time I’ve order from Flooring direct and it won’t be the last. I was quoted from the carpet shop more than double what I paid from flooring direct. Highly recommend them.

From start to finish it was an easy order and very helpful staff. Even got a follow up to see if all was ok.
