I ordered online from Canada very last minute. Flower Chimp and their wonderful staff Bea was very accommodating and communicative! At first they didn’t have the deep purple flowers, and have informed me that they only have blue, but they still sent me photos as per my request on what the replacement looks like. I’ve asked if there’s pink, they said they didn’t have any and to my surprise they made the flowers pink and granted my request!!! Just wow, this means so much to us during this time. The delivery was also very fast! They provided photos on what the flower looks like after, granted pink flowers even if there was shortage, provided photos that it was successfully delivered, and Bea was commicative throughout it all from start to finish. Bea and Flower Chimp’s customer service is outstanding and impeccable. Thank you so much for taking care of my request and for being amazing during this time. Truly appreciate it. Thank you Bea and Flower Chimp! I’ll make sure to order again nextime and recommend you guys to everyone!

The variety of flowers are truly stunning and difficult to pick from, especially with its affordable price with amazing quality. The service is great and fast, Bea made sure all my needs were met. The arrangements are very unique and beautiful. Would 100% shop from here again.
