I would give it a minus, 1 is being generous. The flowers delivered were wrong and not at all what I order for Funeral services. Hen I called for ver $400 order they didn’t fix and wanted to give me a small pathetic refund. They are a fraud!…

I ordered a sympathy bouquet white roses, lily’s and some wildflowers. I order the bigger bouquet. They sent some small wildflower bouquet with way less roses, no lily’s more daiseys than anything else and I paid the higher priced one the one shown was $70 I paid the $80 for the best one and they sent one that was so cheap and not worth $80 at all. I sent them an email they said they will send it to their senior partner. Wow.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
I placed an order to send flowers to a friend who needed a pick-me-up. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and didn't take the time to read the many negative reviews beforehand. I wish I had—they would have saved me both time and money.
Throughout the day, I called four separate times asking for a delivery update. Each time I was told they were trying to contact the driver and that I would receive an email once the flowers had been delivered.
When I finally received that email, the problems only got worse. The delivery photo did not match the arrangement I had ordered, and it appeared the flowers had been delivered to the wrong location—a private residence instead of the business address I had clearly provided on my order.
By my fourth call, it was already the end of the business day. I repeatedly asked them to cancel the order because there was no longer any point in making the delivery, and I had completely lost confidence in the company. They refused to cancel it, insisted it had been delivered, yet could not provide any proof that it had reached the intended recipient.
Their solution? They suggested I contact the recipient and ask whether they had received the flowers. That is completely unacceptable. As the paying customer, I should not have to investigate whether a company fulfilled the service I purchased.
To make matters worse, they refused to issue a refund despite their inability to demonstrate that the order was delivered correctly.
I am genuinely shocked that a business can operate this way. Between the poor communication, incorrect delivery, refusal to cancel the order, and complete lack of accountability, this experience was beyond frustrating.
I have disputed the charge with my bank and will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I will continue sharing my experience anywhere I can so other customers don't have to go through what I did.
Save yourself the frustration—order from a reputable local florist instead.

I placed my order at 8am for same day delivery. I was contacted at 3:15 pm via email and I was told due to supply issues, my order would not be fulfilled, I waited all day for my daughter to be surprised with a flower delivery for her birthday...very disappointed. I do not recommend Flowers by Nora

If I could leave zero stars I would. They are not a local florist. They pretend to be local so that people like myself who wish to support local florists will be deceived--and I was. I was just trying to send flowers to my cousin in honor of her late only daughter's birthday to comfort her. I even spoke to someone on the phone who assured me of same day delivery. Thought it was handled and later got an email saying that they would not be fulfilling the order with no offering of any other alternative. I was thanked for my understanding. When I replied that they did not have my understanding, I got yet another vapid response with more of the poor excuses and empty platitudes. DON'T USE THEM!

I ordered a specific flower arrangement from the website in a short cube vase with roses and two other complimentary flowers - no greenery or filler was depicted or described. What was delivered was the most disappointing a sad arrangement that was in an ugly round medium height vase and the flowers were a random selection that were not even close to what I ordered. This was a very special occasion for a loved one far away and I was disgusted by what was delivered. I received a picture and replied - 'are you sure that was from me?' Indeed it was. When asked to remedy the situation, I was offered only a $30 refund.

Scam beware!!!! They are fraudulent!
Take your money and the send some cheap something so that they can say they provided a service !!!! They are scammers beware !!!!!!

Completely fell for the duplicitous marketing—thought I was buying from a truly local florist (in a town I’m not familiar with), not an anonymous flower broker. While they did deliver the flowers on time, the bouquet was a sad version of what I ordered. Def not worth the $95 it cost me. Flowers from Trader Joe’s in a simple vase from Goodwill would have looked better.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a business (dental office).
The flowers were left outside of a business complex after hours.
So the flowers were not delivered on her birthday.
I ordered roses and lilies. No lilies were in the arrangement.
Flowers by Nora said it’s based on availability.
That’s there policy.
How do you sell lilies and roses without lilies?
The flowers are cheap and wilted.
According to the picture they sent me at 5am the next day.
At 7pm the flowers were not delivered.
I’ve contacted the company and they said too bad.
I will be stopping payment on my credit card.
Very disappointed.

It would never have previously occurred to me to check reviews on a florist. Not sure why, but I will be more cautious in the future of anything I order. I paid $121 for two dead plants with no soil - only moss stuffed in a container. After reading other reviews, the biggest shock is they delivered anything at all. I will definitely be calling my credit card company, and I hope you check them out BEFORE you order.

This isn't a real business, it's a sham. They have fake stock online. They take your order and then see if they can find a local florist to fulfill the order, and pocket the difference. But because the arrangements online aren't based on what stock a local florist has, they often just don't fulfill orders. No call, no text, no email. The person just says they never got the flowers.

Terrible. We asked for Flowers to be delivered to a funeral by 12 noon. Said no problem. Represented themselves as a local florist. When the flowers were not delivered until 2:30 after the service we looked at the reviews and realized we had been scammed. They are not a local florist but basically take your money (say $120) and then order very cheap flowers from a local florists. STAY AWAY. We are attempting to get our money back.

Bouquet that was delivered for a special birthday contained half the flowers that were advertised. Very disappointed

do not order flowers from this place. It is a scam. Flowers have not been delivered as promised. I don’t even know if they will be. I tried to get a refund. They wouldn’t even talk to me about it. Do not order flowers from this place.

Same as everyone else--placed my order and immediately got an email saying they canceled my order due to lack of supply. I tried to find a physical address on the website but could not, despite the word "local" appearing several times times on their website--the only number is a toll-free national one. This is a scam business.

I placed an order and a few days later I received a text saying they didn't have what I ordered in stock and asked if I wanted a different plant. I said I did not want that other one and asked if they had a ZZ plant. I did not receive a response to my text, rather I received an email saying that they had refunded my money. No apology or response to my question. Very unprofessional. I suppose I'm lucky to have received a refund given the other terrible reviews.

If there was a ranking below "1," this would be it. I was told an non-existent arrangement was out for delivery by two different people. The next day, after missing my sister's 60th birthday, I was told it wasn't delivered because they don't have any flowers or plants in stock due to a supply issue. They assured me I'd get a refund, but I'm wondering if this is all a scheme to collected credit card information for fraudulent purposes. DO NOT ORDER from this "store."

I ordered flowers from Flowers by Nora for my wife's birthday and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The issue was not that there was a supply problem—things happen. The issue was the complete lack of communication. I was never contacted by phone, text, or email to let me know there was a problem with my order. As far as I knew, everything was on track for delivery.

Instead, I later received an email informing me that the order would not be fulfilled and that a refund had been issued due to supply issues. By that point, it was too late for me to make alternate arrangements for my wife's birthday.

While I appreciate receiving a refund, a refund does not replace a missed birthday gift or the disappointment caused by finding out at the last minute that the order was never going to be delivered.

If you are ordering flowers for an important occasion, I would strongly recommend confirming directly with the florist that your order can be fulfilled. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to rely on this company for time-sensitive events.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. We ordered two arrangements for an out of state funeral. I called to place the order to ensure it would be at the funeral on time. She assured me yes they would be delivered by 9-9:30 am. The service began at 10am.
We received an email at 9:07 saying “due to supply issues they can’t deliver the arrangement”. I don’t believe they ever intended to…one was a large floral arrangement from my 91 year old mother as it was her sister’s funeral. Mine was a potted plant. They are not legit. This was horrible merely minutes before the funeral.
I will be worried about the credit card numbers also now. I think the whole company appears to be a scam.
