I wish I would have looked here before ordering flowers for a friend. They give the impression they are a local florist. I ordered a nice flower arrangement and the picture of the flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I was embarrassed by the delivery. I reached out and asked that they resend the flowers I ordered and their only solution was to refund about half of what they paid. They apparently subcontract their work. It was terrible. I wish I could show photos of what I ordered and what they delivered, they're not even close.

They are just criminal pieces of scammer shit. Never delivered the flowers intended for my daughters wedding.
I will sue the living shit out of these scammers and will send them a team to personally thank them for their great service.

They didn’t deliver flowers for a funeral. I called twice the afternoon before to confirm. They said there were supply issues, but they shouldn’t have taken the order if they couldn’t fulfill it.

Deceptive Broker / Refused Cancellation Within 1 HourDo not use this service. I searched for a local florist in Kyle, Texas, and was completely misled by this company pretending to have a local storefront. I realized within less than one hour that they are an out-of-town wire service/order-gatherer and called immediately to cancel the order. They flat out refused to cancel the order or refund my money, claiming it was already processed. This is a predatory business model that traps consumers. Avoid them and call a real, brick-and-mortar florist in Kyle instead.

This site is nothing but a scam. Flowers never got delivered. When I called the number, a woman with a Filipino accent stated that they'd had a supply emergency and that they'd sent me an email notification earlier in the day and refunded my credit card. That was yesterday - no email received (not in spam folder either) and not holding my breath for the credit card refund - but will be sure to advise credit card company not to honor service to this business.

Scam! Took my money, didn’t deliver flowers, and ruined my gift for my aunts 83rd birthday.

I almost never leave reviews, but this experience deserves one.
I ordered flowers and balloons for my daughter's birthday because I couldn't be with her in person. The entire point was to let her know I was thinking about her on her special day.

Instead, I received an email late that evening saying they couldn't fulfill the order due to "supply issues" and had already processed a refund.
Running out of flowers isn't what I'm upset about. Businesses have problems. The issue is that no one contacted me until it was too late for me to do anything about it.

A simple phone call that morning would have made all the difference. I could have ordered from another florist, asked them to deliver just the balloons, accepted a substitute arrangement, or at the very least called my daughter to let her know I hadn't forgotten her birthday.
Instead, she spent the day believing I'd forgotten to send her something.

There were so many opportunities to handle this better, but the company chose to send an email after the day was essentially over.
A refund doesn't fix a missed birthday. Good customer service isn't about never having problems. It's about communicating when they happen. Unfortunately, Flowers by Nora failed completely at that.

Second time that this site could not fulfill my order. This site is a scam.

This is perhaps a strange review for I ended up not ordering from this shop. I had been impressed by the ads, talking about local florist and free delivery. However, after spending time on the site, choosing an arrangement, writing a card, and entering all of my information, the total should have been $98. But no!! They wanted to tack on a $20 service fee. Are you kidding me? What the heck. Talk about false advertising. So I walked away. I urge caution.

Sympathy flowers were delivered to a wrong address - same address in a neighboring town - and was told they wouldn’t do anything about the $100+ delivery and that it was “customer error”. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

My funeral flower order was canceled without a phone call or any real communication. I received a generic email on Friday, and when I followed up on Monday, they sent the same message again instead of answering my question or offering alternatives. Because of this, I had to scramble to find another florist before the service. Very poor customer service, and I do not recommend this business

Not happy. Ordered (2) premium sympathy arrangements to be delivered to my son's memorial service at 10am in Tivorton, RI. Pressed for time at the time of order so I didn't check out the reviews which I should have (my mistake). Placed the order 2 weeks ahead of time. The ceremony started 1pm - they arrived at 1:37pm. This after 2 calls to them that morning saying they'd be there on time. Was also expecting wow after spending $237. The two that arrived, although nice, seemed more like the base models (I ordered the premiums). Will do my homework next time.

Flowers for a funeral ordered. They Never arrived and I was never notified of such either by email or text.
I will never use this company again and will warn others as well.

I was texted to say that the flowers are not available that they will go out the next day.... two days later i called and the order was cancelled because no flowers ....no reply no nothing

I ordered a Bouquet of flowers from their website but only after talking to its customer service on the phone about the choices I had and pricing. I was told that the bouquet shown on the web site is for the "Deluxe" at an additional charge and I agreed to it. So I placed the Order # N-3142-790494-5643 on July 9, 2026 for delivery on the same day. I had paid $93.88.

The bouquet was delivered on the same day as promised. But, after the delivery made, I find out that the amount of flowers in the vase was much lower than what the photo had shown on the website and even the Vase was a bit smaller! When I complained, I was refunded $20.00. And, I was OK with it.

But then next day the flowers started WILTING! I complained again and asked for a replacement or full credit per its own published RETURN Policy but I was refused. Here is a copy of its policy statement:

"Refunds & Replacements
We offer refunds or replacements for products that arrive damaged or do not meet quality expectations.
To request a refund or replacement, please provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and, if possible, photographs of the product."

Based on this deceitful business practices, I advise all future customers NOT to use this company.

Called right away in the morning to order a plant for a funeral. Delivery was suppose to be before 3 pm same day delivery. Nothing was delivered as of 4:30 pm.
I called and spoke with Michelle. She was going to contact the driver and call me back. No call back. Go figure. There goes $90.00

Another bait and switch company. It sounded like I called a call center so I asked if this was an actual local florist and the person identified themselves as the owner's (Nora) nephew. I placed the order before their 2pm cut off time and was told by the "owner's nephew" that the flowers would be guaranteed for delivery today. Instead, five minutes after hanging up, I get an email from a Geraldine stating "We would like to let you know that we got your order, however we can no longer do same-day delivery. We would like to seek your approval if we can deliver the flower arrangement tomorrow, 07/16/2026, instead." I called back and spoke to yet another person that sounded like they were at a call center, who transferred me to the Manager who advised that they were having a "supply chain issue." Same excuse I got from another florist yesterday. These companies are a SCAM! DO NOT USE and BUYER BEWARE!

This doesn’t even deserve 1 Star.

1. The 3 arrangements I ordered for a child’s funeral service were late to the point of being delivered after the service.
2. The quality of flowers were poor for what you charges. As some were already wilting and turning brown
3. Neither of the arrangements were what I ordered. As in Size flower types and styles

I am very disappointed and unsatisfied if your service and the fact that I could not get a straight answer from your customer service team. Also for you to show your placed in Raleigh the flowers we delivered from a shop in Durham which is over 45 mins away.

this should be 0 STARS. The arrangement was sub par based on what was advertised,
I get the sub of flowers but the sloppiness of the arrangement and lack of ribbon (easy to supply vs the supply of actual flower) is unacceptable. I so wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering but I wanted to gift a dear friend with flowers for her birthday, I paid close to 90.00 for an arrangement worth 50.00 at best, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCUMBAGS

I would give it a minus, 1 is being generous. The flowers delivered were wrong and not at all what I order for Funeral services. Hen I called for ver $400 order they didn’t fix and wanted to give me a small pathetic refund. They are a fraud!…
