How disappointing. My mother's funeral. I ordered two bouquets: one to hold ashes and one bouquet in vase. I ordered the largest and most expensive of each variety. The spray for the ashes, was lovely, but small. The bouquet in the vase was a handful of flowers shoved in the vase, looking unhealthy and disorganized. By all means, for what I paid, I should have received flowers nicer than those pictured. Please, if you are ordering for a very special event, use another florist. Tom Thumb would have been better. Shame on you, Nora's flowers.

I placed an order for a flower arrangement three days in advance for delivery to a funeral service. During the ordering process, there was a section specifically provided for delivery instructions. I clearly entered the time period during which the flowers were available to be delivered, as well as the scheduled time of the funeral service.

The flowers were not delivered within the provided delivery window. Instead, they were delivered approximately 20 minutes after the funeral service had already begun.

The florist had approximately 2.5 hours prior to the start of the service in which to deliver the arrangement. Despite having advance notice of the funeral and the delivery instructions I provided, the arrangement was delivered while the service was in progress.

This was not a routine delivery. The flowers were specifically ordered for a funeral, where timing is particularly important. Delivering the arrangement after the service had already begun substantially defeated the purpose of the order and did not meet the delivery instructions I provided.

I paid approximately $168 total, including the cost of delivery, taxes, and a $19 service fee. I believe a full refund is appropriate because the delivery service I paid for was not successfully provided.

I am requesting a full refund of the $168 charged to me due to the failed and untimely delivery.

I would appreciate the company addressing this matter promptly and providing confirmation of the refund.

This company is either an incompetent broker or a scam. I made an $110 order of flowers to arrive the following day. They did not. I called and was assured they would arrive by the end of the following day. They did not. I called on Day 3 and was told they could not find my order, that I would have to wait 48 hours for an "investigation." They refused to cancel. DO NOT. USE. THIS FLORIST.

Terrible substitutions especially for the money. Do not recommend

I called and ordered a premium blooming garden arrangement for a group of college alumnus for one whose husband of 41 years passed suddenly. V was wonderful on the phone and she over delivered a gorgeous blooming basket arrangement for our friend. Highly recommend Flowers by Nora!

Ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend. Flowers delivered from Vons. Description stated would have 4 different flowers, came with 2. When I contacted Flowers By Nora, they stated they are allowed substitution. Don't know what was substituted as had only 2 flowers. When they requested a picture and I sent them, they stated the flowers were up to their standard. Must have a very low standard. Also, I would not have paid $60 for a bunch of flowers from Vons. I know Vons have nice flowers, but I ordered from a florist, not a store.

I ordered flowers for a funeral on Thursday. They were supposed to deliver on Saturday before noon. I was at the church and spoke with the minister and the flowers were not delivered. I contacted the company and they said they would contact the driver and check into it. On Tuesday they simply responded by email stating the flowers were delivered at 11:54 on Saturday. I was there until 1:30 and the flowers were not delivered.

HORRIBLE!!! THEY PRETEND TO BE LOCAL, BUT THEY LIE. THEY ROB YOU OF YOUR MONEY AND SEND OUT GARBAGE. I TRIED TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO MAKE THIS RIGHT, BUT THE REFUSED TO REMAKE THE ORDER CORRECTLY AS REQUESTED, OR PROVIDE A FULL REFUND. THEY ARE A COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS

If I could give zero I would. I got these flowers after my cat died from my bf. They were supposed to be delivered on 8/14 st 1 pm. He called they said "oh by 4" I stayed home not wanting to leave them in the heat and I called after 4 they then said between 6-7pm. 9 pm and still nothing Joe now they are closed. My bf sent them an email very upset and I called at 10 am the next morning. They said an investigation was going on to figure out what happened. 11 am and I finally get them. The are wilted and turning brown already (white flowers) and not worth the 95 they charged my bf. When i called to tell them the Asian woman was rude. Kept interrupting me my bf is on a plane from the east coast coming back home and "he needs to email us" he did! 'Multiple times!! She kept cutting me off and when I said sh*t she says she won't put up with that language. This company is crap and I'm telling him to dispute the charges and will do a return to sender. These are awful and they don't care. This business needs to be canceled immediately for the price and ugliness of these dead ass flowers

I ordered a deluxe arrangement 3 days ahead of a friend's birthday. They never arrived. When I called to find out they reported that they had emailed me and refunded my money. I never received another email and my friend did not receive her flowers. Very disappointed. Do not use them.

Terrible business. Made an order and canceled within 1 hour saying they have no inventory. Why even take orders? Shitty company.

1 - They pretend to be a local business.
2 - They snuck in a 26% service charge without my permission.
3 - They delivered a day late.
4 - Though they advertise that they would reach out to me if delivery was going to be late, they did not.
AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

What a scam! Comes up first in search for local flower deliveries for same day. They never delivered the flowers, and when I called to inquire about the delivery they said they were delivered at 2:10. The person never received them. I called back to tell them they did not receive them and they emailed me a picture confirming delivery. The flowers were not at the correct location and DID NOT at all look like the arrangement online. They said they had to investigate my request for refund. Which does not require investigation since no one got them and they didn’t even deliver on what I paid for.

The flowers arrived wilted and they looked like they were not arranged in any fashion. I would never order from them no do I recommend any one use them.

Do not order from this company. I did, not realizing that the company was not local to the area where I wanted flowers delivered. I was having sympathy flowers sent to an aunt in another state. I clearly indicated her address, no mistakes. When I checked in with my aunt the day after they were supposed to arrive, the flowers will still not there. When I followed up with the company via phone, the agent told me she would follow up with the delivery driver. That day (day after they were supposed to arrive), I received a picture of the flowers I had ordered sitting in a driveway in front of the street NUMBER I had indicated for my aunt. However, it was not her house. In her town, there are two roads with similar names, and the driver had delivered the flowers to the other road. I did a quick Google street view search and the street view of the house with the same NUMBER on the similarly named STREET matched the picture! I figured once I explained this to "Flowers by Nora," they would offer to deliver a new batch free of charge to my aunt's house.

The company sent another email confirming that the address I had given them was correct. I indicated that yes, indeed, I had given them the correct address from the start. I explained the above to them so they would understand that the driver probably just got confused.

They wrote back that the photo confirmed the delivery had been made to the correct house...even though the house in the photo was NOT my aunt's. They told me essentially case closed, they delivered.

I spent nearly $100 on this flower order, and wasted time in communicating with a company that wasn't willing to accept that a mistake had been made and delivery had been made to the wrong address even though I had given them correct info from the start.

Do yourself a favor and order locally only. They sneak their ad in when you do a search for LOCAL florists. My mistake was not double checking before I clicked "order." Hopefully this post will help others prevent another unfortunate incidence and loss of money like this.

Please do not use this floral shop. TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT. After spending $100 on an arrangement for a special occasion, that was delivered on a Tuesday they started dyeing on Thursday. Nora's had a very unacceptable response in helping to resolve the issue. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FLORAL SHOP

Flowers were ordered to be delivered on Saturday. No flowers were delivered. No notification was sent. I called to find out the problem. "The flowers were damaged, so we will deliver them tomorrow." Sunday came and went--no flowers. Two calls to customer service. The second call, the person put me on hold then hung up on me while I was on hold. Received a voicemail: "We will figure out what happened and contact you." Monday evening--no contact, no flowers. Terrible, terrible service. I will never use again and I urge no one else to use either.

I wish I would have looked here before ordering flowers for a friend. They give the impression they are a local florist. I ordered a nice flower arrangement and the picture of the flowers I ordered looked nothing like what was delivered. I was embarrassed by the delivery. I reached out and asked that they resend the flowers I ordered and their only solution was to refund about half of what they paid. They apparently subcontract their work. It was terrible. I wish I could show photos of what I ordered and what they delivered, they're not even close.

They are just criminal pieces of scammer shit. Never delivered the flowers intended for my daughters wedding.
I will sue the living shit out of these scammers and will send them a team to personally thank them for their great service.
THESE ARE JUST CRIMINAL SCAMMERS WITH NO INTENTION TO DELIVER ANYTHING!!!!
