It was a good experience for a first timer however, there were just error on the payment which requires me to contact the call center.

I have been a loyal customer since last year, and I keep supporting your products as gifts for my friends and family coz you guys never fail with unique products that are accurate with the post, and when we receive the actual. The staffs were very nice and assistive. Delivery guys are very careful too, especially when it's fragile.

Initially had a frustrating experience regarding message cards for multiple bouquets under one order. The early responses were overly policy-driven and lacked flexibility, which led to understandable frustration.

However, after escalation, the CEO personally stepped in, acknowledged that the process didn’t make sense from a customer perspective, and worked with the operations team to resolve it. They also shared that they are reviewing the process to better support multiple messages per order moving forward.

I appreciate the leadership involvement and willingness to improve based on customer feedback

The logistics is actually good, but I have experienced a little bit problem with the logistics when it comes to re-delivery. Well first, it was moved to 1pm - 4pm and then it was moved to 4pm - 8pm, in which it's already past 7pm and still no update with the flower. What I like about it is that your team booked a lalamove just to make it on time. What I recommend for this one is that to update your system that would tell the customer that "Your item has arrived, please pick it up" and not just rely on contact number. Because sometimes, the providers doesn't have a good signal in that area. Overall, the logistics is good, the iteam is beautiful and fresh looking, and what you see is what you get, so kudos. I'll definitely order again.

I ordered four products from this store for my loved one, and each time they delivered excellent quality. The transaction process was also very easy and smooth. I strongly recommend Flowerstore.ph if you want to make your loved one happy and feel special.

The flowers and arrangements are classy and elegant, however their delivery periods can get so late. In one of my deliveries they delivered 5minutes past the agreed period. It would have been ok but it was delivered at 11:05PM. Much too late in the evening. Their deliveries should be only until 10pm for the delivery slot option of 8pm to 11pm.

Their team was responsive and organized. It made the transaction and delivery of products / services seamless and effortless.
