Terrible experience for overseas customers. Ordered for Mother’s Day on May 10, flowers never came, and the order was cancelled without my knowledge or a refund. My husband tried a second time for May 11, and they missed the delivery window again with zero communication. They are quick to take your money but will ghost you when they fail to deliver. Heartbreaking and unprofessional.

I had the same order of boquet from last year, but this year’s order was way displeasing. I ordered pearly for mother’s day and the amount of 2600 is not worth it. I was really disappointed with flowerstore. I may not order from them again. The picture they advertised is different from what I received. It has the same wrap, same color, but the way it was arranged, not worth 2,600. It’s sad because for every occasion, I’ve been loyal to flowerstore. Disappointing.

I wish I could give zero stars. We ordered flowers for Mother’s Day well in advance, and what followed was a masterclass in terrible service.

Non-existent Delivery: The flowers never arrived on the scheduled date. No call, quick email to tell us that they tried and moved on.

Zero Communication: Trying to get a hold of anyone is impossible. We sent multiple messages, but they never answered. It’s like they just took the money and ran…

Save your sanity and your cash. This place is a total scam.

I ordered clarissa tulips bouquet and received wilted tulips ... So disappointing ...

Can't be trusted during peak days (ie. valentines' day, mother's day, etc.) They cannot deliver on these days. Any other day? You usually won't have problems, but there is still a chance you'll get problems. Best to just contact local flower stores and get flowers delivered asap, or have a courier on demand (ie. lalamove or grab) deliver it.
