Hard Drive was delivered quickly and the instructions where easy to follow. I had replaced the hard drive within 5 minutes and worked with no issues

Excellent speedy service
Excellent speedy service. I had a problem with my box found Freesat spares and they were very helpful. Sent my box to them and a week later it came back working.
Unfortunately, a few months later it went wrong again so I sent it back and, again, they were great and fixed it again. Just got it back.

Delivery took ages with no…
Delivery took ages with no communication. I purchased a grade A product which eventually turned up but with a generic poor replacement power supply and nothing else. Also it ha all the details and recordings left from a previous owner so clearly it had not been checked out beforehand.
. Had to reset the box to delete the previous owners postcode and recordings as well as apply multiple software changes to bring it up to date.
Frankly it would have been cheaper to buy off eBay instead.

Excellent Freesat let down by Royal Mail
Freesat are ex Excellent. Communication and explanation are outstanding.
Let down by Royal Mail delivery. The 24hr guaranteed delivery took five days. The parcel disappeared from the tracking system and was then delivered without warning days late. This reflects badly on Freesat.

Fixing a Broken HDMI Port (FVP-4000) …
Using this service it was very easy to get the HDMI port on my Humax FVP-4000 fixed and working again; the rest of the box was working (recording and watching programmes via SD cables).
You pay online, they email you a postafe label to print, you post the box to them (taking care to pack it well), they fix it and send it back to you - it's that straight foward!
