We have been working with Fresh Start now for over a year and have always found them to offer a friendly and professional service. We are in the process of moving all our waste requirements to them as we are so happy with the service they provide. Jason in particular has been exceptionally helpful in answer all our queries.

Great service and customer service

One of their vans hit my car and broke my wing mirror, the driver failed to stop and report this damage. I called the company to inform them, they said to email them and they would get in contact with me to sort it out. I have the van on CCTV footage causing the damage and had sent this to them as proof of the accident. It has been a month and I have sent numerous emails and received no response from this company.

I pay freash start to collect my commercial waste - they havent collected my bin for 10 weeks despite weekly calls and them promising to collect it the following week. The customer services manager Anita was particularly terrible - arguing with me about me calling up to request that they collect my bin or give me a vaild reason why it had not been collected on the 10 previous occasions. Very poor customer service. Certainly wouldnt recommend.

For several years now, I've been recommending Fresh Strat to numerous clients, and about a year ago, we transitioned to using their services at our office as well. My initial interaction was with Claire, who has been my main contact since then. This week, amidst drafting new contracts, I successfully transitioned two more clients over to their services.In conclusion, Claire has facilitated a smooth process, and their service is consistently reliable—they promptly inform us of any potential issues. Despite encountering more affordable options, our priority as a service-oriented company is quality over minimal cost savings.Highly recommended.

I've been using Fresh Strat for a couple of years, instructed on behalf of various clients. We also moved to them at our offices about 12 months or so ago.
My initial conversation was with Claire and she's been my point of contact ever since.
This week (still in the throws of creating the new contracts) I have moved 2 more clients to them.

In summary, Claire has made it very easy and their service is reliable (we are immediately informed if there has been or will be an issue) and it's good value.
I have seen cheaper solutions advertised but we are a service company and we prefer good service over trying to save a very small percentage.
