Touch screen is no good for drawing

Touch screen is no good for drawing. On Photoshop 7 get a huge spike when the finger or pen first touches the surface, and in Photoshop cs6 it doesn't even make a mark

Our tablets have capacitive touchscreens which are great for everyday use, but they may not offer the same precision or pressure sensitivity as devices specifically made for digital art. If you're using Photoshop, we’d be happy to look into settings or drivers that might help improve performance — just let us know your model, and we’ll do our best to assist!

I mistakenly got something on my order…

I mistakenly got something on my order that I didn't need. I emailed you and you were able to remove it before it shipped. Saving me from requesting a return, packaging and shipping back the item.

Problem with new tablet - excellent customer service

Bought a tablet a few weeks ago. Did have technical problems with it but your customer service people were excellent - thank you Tina, Geoff & Sam. Replacement machine working fine.

Not a good idea to purchase goods from…

Not a good idea to purchase goods from this company more hassle than its worth, sent my tablet for repair , had it sent back with the same issue , can't be bothered with it. Obviously won't be buying anything more from them to save disappointment, they don't even check the fault has been fixed before dispatching very odd. Thank you for your reply also for replacing the lcd screen , unfortunately replacing the screen has not fixed the issue.You must check the fault has been resolved before you send the tablet back. I will send you video via email showing you the issue please be aware it's only when the screen is black , pixellation is distorted , so obviously it will appear on the start on screen........you definitely have not checked this I'm absolutely certain. I had the problem independently analysed, The faulty screen is called burn in , unfortunately when I sent it back the screen was not replaced as stated there was no protective cover on the screen and still had the burn in where it was before I am deeply saddened by this unscrupulous company a real shame , but a lesson learnt Do not make the same mistake

Your tablet was returned to us with a reported LCD fault. Upon inspection by our technicians, no display issues were found. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we proactively replaced the LCD to ensure your peace of mind.

Following the LCD replacement, in line with our standard returns process, your tablet underwent a thorough quality control inspection, during which no faults were observed. We informed you that your tablet had undergone additional testing with no issues reported, and subsequently coordinated a return date and delivery location at your convenience.

Upon reciept of your device, our team noted several cosmetic scuff marks on the touchscreen; however, these were consistent with daily usage and are not indicative of a manufacturing defect.

As a reminder, all our tablets are shipped with two layers of protective film pre-applied to the screen. These films are intended to protect the display during storage and transit. They are not designed for extended use, as they can impact touch responsiveness and display clarity. This is outlined on the yellow information card included with your tablet.

We recommend checking whether the second, thinner protective layer is still applied to your screen. If so, you can gently remove it by lifting one of the top corners with your fingernail. This second layer can easily scuff and haze as it's not designed as a long term protective solution

Nice little tablet but keyboard is…

Nice little tablet but keyboard is flimsy and cheap. Tablet does not stay upright very well and keyboard easily disconnects from tablet. Battery life is mediocre but acceptable.

Tech fine. However; Questionable Quality.

Purchased a 10.1" FWIN232 PLUS Tablet PC in Jan 2025 from Fusion5 Amazon store. In tandem I also purchased a compatible docking tablet direct from Fusion5 website. Upon being pushed for a positive Amazon review and while registering for 12 months Warranty, x1 of the FREE gifts offered was a docking keyboard. The Docking keyboard is priced at £44.99 on their www. Think I was hoodwinked there! Additionally, after 3 months ownership I've noticed when Tablet/docking keyboard are coupled/closed friction has caused the keyboard keys to begin scratching the surface of the display. To be honest, the quality of the keyboard is not the best and is unforgiving. Certainly not worth £44.99. As mentioned above, I have a registered warranty. But!, Do I think Fusion5 will entertain it!! My experience says no.

We offer this for added assurance in the quality and longevity of our products.
We understand your concerns regarding the docking keyboard and the issue of screen scratches. What you've described is unusual and not something that has been commonly reported. Please note that our tablets are shipped with two layers of protective film on the screen. These layers are designed for shipping and should be removed before regular use, as highlighted on the included yellow information card. If the protective layer remains on during daily use, friction from the keyboard may cause superficial marks, which would otherwise not affect the actual screen.
Regarding our docking keyboard, while we’re sorry to hear that it hasn’t met your expectations in terms of build quality, we are grateful for your honest opinion and have passed your comments directly to our product development team for further review and consideration.
