My boyfriend is a truck driver and needed something that could function as both a computer and entertainment while on the road. He is a bit old school and prefers laptops over traditional tablets, but this completely changed his mind. It works just like a computer, so he can easily access all his favorite sites, and he can also watch videos and play games on a screen that looks absolutely incredible.
It is thin, lightweight, and fits perfectly in his backpack. I also love that it comes with a stylus, which makes it even more versatile. Overall, this has been a major hit for him, and I am honestly considering getting one for myself.

On the down side...We purchased a Helios 10 and the info on their website and Amazon is incorrect as to which keyboard/docking station works with it. It takes a specialized one that is more expensive. Fusion 5 responded and shipped the correct one quickly, but the time it takes to return the wrong one and wait for the right one is annoying.

Excellent and powerful tablet!
I want to give a review of the 12" Fusion 5 table I got. I have been very pleasantly surprised at how well it performs. When you get something of this size you sometimes don't know how well it's going to perform. This device is actually quite fast and the screen looks fantastic! There is also plenty of storage with the 512 M.2 SSD. Another surprise was how well the pen works, and it comes with the device, you don't have to pay extra for it! I didn't get the keyboard cover because I wasn't sure how much I'd use it but I'm definitely buying one as I use this all the time. Oh and you can connect an external monitor, keyboard and mouse using a USB-C dock. It powered my 27" 2K display no problem. Definitely recommend it if you are looking for an affordable, Windows based tablet, you'll love it!

Large Screen - Stylus - Power
I have been using the Helios12 tablet for about a month and love it. My favorite part is the large screen. I also love that it came with a stylus - it makes it easier to mark up documents and take notes. With Windows it feels more like a laptop than a tablet. I recommend the Helios12.

I love my tablet
I love my tablet! It runs all my same settings from my home computer due to windows 11. I’m able to use a high end program called Digital Factory to print DTF transfers that can be pressed onto any color shirt or fabric. I love it!

Great portable Windows tablet
I’ve been using the Fusion5 HELIOS12 and it’s a really convenient device. It feels like a full Windows laptop but in a lightweight tablet form, which I love.

The Fusion5 tablet is just awful
The Fusion5 tablet is just awful. It is not a functional device. Not based on modern age (i.e. its not the 1980s) standards anyway. Cumbersome, slow, non-responsive, a real pain to use. Sound is terrible. Heavy. I wrote to them to request a return but as it was after the 30 day return window they refused. Biggest waste of £250 I can think of. Having now to buy another device. Steer clear.

I’m a teacher and I use my Fusion5…
I’m a teacher and I use my Fusion5 Windows tablet for work every day. It runs full Windows 11 so I can plan lessons, mark work, and run my teaching apps with no issues. The screen is clear for Zoom classes, and with a keyboard it works just like my laptop.
For the price, it’s been a lifesaver in the classroom and at home. Highly recommended.

Good for photo
As a professional photographer, the Fusion Tablet has become an essential part of my kit. There are too many hoops to sign up for…
There are too many hoops to sign up for the warranty. Once you sign up for the 2 year warranty, the site only gives you 1 year. Not a great start on setting up the tablet. We will see how the rest of the set up goes and performance once we have added to our inventory.

Just to clarify: depending on the model you've purchased, your device is covered by either a standard 1-year or 2-year warranty (Please see your sales invoice for confirmation) No registration is needed for this coverage.
However, if you register your purchase with us within 14 days of buying, we're happy to add a complimentary 90-day extension on top of your standard warranty at no extra cost. It's our way of saying thank you and giving you a little extra peace of mind.
