Great Customer Service!!!!

A refreshing change

Prior to purchasing the product from Fusion5 I had a few queries which I put to their customer services. They replied promptly and answered the questions I asked in full which was a refreshing change to what has become the norm these days. The product is fine, it works as expected and the build quality appears to be robust unlike similar products from the far east.
Overall, I am happy with the company and the product.

Second replacement power supply

The power supplies have the worst pins ever. In 40 years of being an IT geek I'm not sure i have EVER broken a pin on a power supply. Luckily their support is responsive via email and the new one shipped quickly. There have new power supplies so hopefully this one lasts!

updated review !

From ordering two tablets , delivery was quick.
Tablets fired up and worked well. The cases are sturdy and protect the tablet well.
I did have a problem with one of the devices , after finally getting a response from Fusion the problem was resolved quickly, device sent off , repaired and sent back in around 1 week.
I appreciated the follow up email from fusion also, which shows good customer service.

I was bought this machine in September…

I was bought this machine in September as a birthday present, I can honestly say that this is the slowest machine I have ever worked with. I am currently trying to install Microsoft 365 and it has already taken 45 minutes 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. Please consider another more competent machine unless you are doing no more than surfing the web. Any other tasks take far too long and are clunky and unachievable.

Delivery status never updated or provided, unstable web site

Web site somewhat unstable (maintenance issues?). Order status still shows "process" a week after the order was received. CC charged on order date, no shipping status was ever provided. I sent several messages to inquire on status but never received any response.
Trying to register the purchase was a challenge due to web site instability. Once the product pick down list is in random order (lack of customer concern, how difficult is it to sort this list?). If you offer a pull-down list, all products should be listed or wording changed ( such as 128 G changed to "all G" or "128-512 G".
12/17/25 Update by purchaser Cliff.
Raised from 3 to 4 start because of response. Having developed SW from 1962-2002 (including the GPS control system), I appreciated the challenges. Today there is much too much pressure by management to get "something out" regardless of the strong warnings from the technical team about being not ready (remember the Challenger explosion). True quality of a company is as much avoiding problems as how you handled them when they occur.
