I paid almost $ 400 for a bracelet that you need a magnifying glass to see it and broke on the first attempt to wear it!! And now I can’t get anyone on the phone to help me with a return. There is a message that they having issues with their phones!!!! Horrible product and customer service!!!!

Waste of Time
Shipping was really slow. I reached out to customer service for an update on the item after waiting three days but got no response. Paid for expedited shipping, but they did not send out the item until five days after the order was placed. Item in person is quite dull. The finish looks tarnished and not as shiny as advertised. Overall, it is a fine purchase. I have had the more expensive but same type of bracelet in the past and the clasp on my previous one kept becoming undone without me knowing. It led to me losing the bracelet and me having to purchase another one. Clasp on new, cheaper bracelet is better but overall quality is worse. If you absolutely love the style, its ok, but not the best use of your money. They are expensive bracelets. Losing one and having a poor experience with the other is enough that i will never be purchasing from this website again and you should also consider bringing your business elsewhere.
By reading the responses to negative review, it is obvious they also cannot take criticism, either. It is an unfortunate case all around. Take your business elsewhere

First time UNHAPPY customer!!!
Bought a necklace for my wife's birthday and paid extra for rush shipping. First, wasn't disclosed it was coming from Turkey, second, two days before her birthday it hadn't even been shipped.
The refund issued stated it could take up to 10 days to hit my card account. Hard to wrap up a refund. My opinion stay away from Gelin Diamond!!!!

Regarding the rush shipping, your order was affected by a delay during the crafting stage, which unfortunately prevented it from being shipped in time for the requested expedited timeline. Once we were made aware, we issued a refund for the shipping cost, and as with standard banking processing times, refunds can take a few business days to reflect depending on your payment provider.
We understand this was not the experience you expected, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve both communication and fulfillment timelines.
