Wonderful service, there was a slight defect with the order i recieved and after some troubleshooting they sent me a brand new replacement at no extra cost, plus the return lable to send the defected product back, they made the process smooth and seamless.

Purchased the Genshin Impact Klee Backpack around a month ago. Placed the order on 19 March 2025, it was shipped via AusPost and was ready for collection on the 24th of March (WA).
