I already have an oxford bed for a year, and just bought another. The bed is great quality, and the service is very friendly. I bought both by beds at a 30% discount during sale events, so they were quite well priced for a solid wood bed. I bought the oxford bed with under bed drawers for my daughter in 2022. We have never had any issues with it and have enjoyed using it for over 3 years. Recently my daughters were jumping on the bed and one of the side panels broke in half, right in the middle at its weakest point. I reached out to the company about buying a replacement. Chris responded back to me within a few hours and asked for pictures which I sent. Then Steven reached out to me that they are going to replace both side panels for me free of charge. I am so grateful and feel blessed to have bought this bed from this company. I plan to get another one shortly for my other child. Thank you!!!

About 6 months after we got our bed frame, we were having some back issues. We emailed the customer support team and George responded within a day. He was professional and kind, responding with empathy and without blame. Turns out that we installed our bed frame incorrectly. They issued some new boards and supplied direct instruction so we didn't make the same mistake again. It was incredibly refreshing to have someone care and help us fix our bed frame. Since getting the new boards (and installing them correctly this time), we're back to having well rested nights.

We bought the Low Oriental Bed. The bed is very well made, solid wood, and no toxic finishes. The customer service is also excellent. We had a small issue with one piece that arrived damaged, but Nicola responded quickly and was very helpful.
