I ordered a standard Full XL bed for my son, and received it according to the date scheduled. The wood is pretty decent and quickly way to put all pieces together. The cons is about the bad finishing of some important parts with little damages, but still better than Ikea’s furnitures. Be awere regarding to the taxes and new trade polices, once Get Laid Bed is abroad of US.

Awesome customer service! We moved and misplaced the assembly instructions to our bed. I contacted the company via Whatsapp and received a PDF of the instructions. Excellent customer service, love the bed so so much!!!

We purchased the Cambridge bed in white for our granddaughter as she was transitioning to a big girl bed. We could not be happier with the quality of the bed, the ordering process and the updates as the bed was moving through the process of being made, shipped and delivered. Assembly went smoothly as well. Most importantly, our granddaughter loves her new bed and even pretends to be tired so she can go to bed early!!

Avoid safe yourself the stress and disappointment. Ordered a bed back in June took 5 weeks and as many failed white glove service to assemble a bed bought. Customer service just trot out lip service. When it came to consumer rights act 2015 they are not honouring or playing by the trading standards rule. They display citizens advice numbers in their website which I told ca about as they looked them up online during my CA appointment. I have been on a sofa for weeks my moving in experience made more stressful and after consulting citizens advice who went through it all and said I have a strong case and should be fully discounted if not even in full which I didn't think would be possible . I gave bed company final chance to be human they offered me £100 pound off then took half the day to discuss it with their team to come back with £200 final. This only covers the white glove service and one delivery charge no compensation for goods not received in timely manner goods not assembled with due care or reasonable skill not once but 4 times. And all of this was documented in full throughout by myself and company even. Today I'm left still with a bed that not as advertised. The slats are on scew not synmetrical and it is a motorised bed due to ill health. If I wasn't so fed up and unwell I would go with CA advice of letter before action and take them through small claims. Avoid avoid avoid. Get better service and quality elsewhere. Especially customer service. Shocking. How they could think refunding just what amounts to delivery charge and 1 white glove cost is sufficient when they left me without a usable bed just propped up in my room (new bedroom I have not slept in since moving in !!) is shockingly awful. I am so fed up i was told I could get full refund if I wanted to return as disabled person (who payed for assembly duh) I could not dismantle the bed ready for return as this is the only way to return I'm told and then receive refund in full so they literally have you over a barrel. Trying to find any senior management email or phone number is impossible and customer service is a firewall of obstruction. As a disabled person I wanted a nice looking bed wish I'd gone with opera beds . I cannot face having this tarnish and stress me out longer than it has tgey seem to hope you give up and I'm cross with myself I have not the energy for taking this further as CA advised. I have not many good health months to go and the stress this has caused is time I will not get back. Get laid beds you must be hard up to penalise and prey on customers vulnerabilities. I was forgiving first time but 4 mistakes they themselves apologised and admitted to still be ... and not offer to straighten slats as they screwed down off centre today , this is after visit before that being screwed in at an angle it split the wood !!! ... even if I did want to accommodate assemblers for the 5th time this is beyond words no offer to rectify continuing issues.

I ordered 2 platform bed frames -- they arrived very quickly and the communication on delivery was more than adequate. They were packed well and I was pleasantly surprised at the good quality of the wood. The directions were simple and easy to follow. All I needed was a screw gun which made it quick, and it was easy for a female in her late 60s with little handy experience to do this on her own. Thanks Chris for the high quality experience!

Ordering process on the website was nice and smooth, had a few emails keeping me up to date with the progress and was dispatched with FedEx in time for my selected delivery date.

Delivery was less than 24 hours from being picked up, so full marks for that. Packaging was fine, not sure it would’ve held up if knocked around during shipping.

I thought the headboard/footboard would’ve come pre assembled, but no, so factor this in to your build time. On that subject make sure you have a fully charged drill with screwdrivers bits, I wouldn’t want to hand screw this. It took me about 2 hours by myself.

Bed feels nice and solid once made, the instructions could be clearer, they’re a little basic, maybe some inspiration could be taken from a well known Swedish furniture shop in that respect.

Our Chelsea bed is extremely well built and sturdy. While we did initially have a problem with the measurements on some of our rails, I contacted customer service, and Luke went above and beyond, handling the issue to my complete satisfaction.

I was very excited for my super king bedframe. It arrived with some dents and scratches, which I can actually shrug off, despite having spent over £1000

HOWEVER, the bed couldn't even be built due to shoddy manufacturing errors on multiple components. Bare in mind that this was found on step 1 of the build process, so who knows just how many more faults there were. Not a single screw was put in before finding these many obvious faults.

Reporting these issue turned into a real ball ache too as my proof was not accepted on the first round of images and explanations. Costing me a lot of time just to prove some very simple to understand issues.
All the while I would be sleeping on the floor, next to all the Rubble of useless lumps of wood around me.

I am due to travel out of the country this week and didn't need all this hassle right now. I asked for a gesture of goodwill discount as its not something I'd expect for the price paid. Sadly I was denied, so here we are writing an honest but scathing review.

I am still awaiting for them to come pick up the faulty bed and hoping there will be no more trouble to come. It's depressing sleeping next the the peices if what I thought would be my dream bed. I cannot wait to get it out.

I hope no one else has this experience but want other to know that this what I have had thus far

Pleased with the bed. It’s very sturdy and my toddler loves it. I had some issues with assembly and Elisha from customer support sorted it me out quickly.

Bed is perfect, I ordered a London bed, the quality is so nice, and you can ask anything on their live chat for help. Hardeep solved all my questions with a lot of patience and professional, I really appreciate Hardeep help for my purchase, just wanna thank you again and again.

Elisha was extremely patient and helpful while solving the problem that I had. She sent me pictures showing me where I was missing screws in the assembly of my bed.

We absolutely love our Oxford bed frame and underbed storage box, both in the coffee bean stain. The bed frame is sturdy as well as stunning. It's located in our cabin and we wanted to pick something with warm, wood tones to match the aesthetic but also be sustainable. This frame was the perfect solution for us. The fact that the team at Get Laid Beds takes great care to give back to the planet with planting trees makes makes us love the company even more. We're working toward finishing up another bedroom in our cabin and intend to purchase two more bed frames from Get Laid Beds!

I ordered a bed online last night and then changed my mind on purchase and requested a cancellation through the GetLaid.com website chat feature. Elisha was quick to respond within a few minutes and had processed my cancellation in about 15 min without any issues. I’m so pleased with her customer support and will consider a bed purchase in future with them.

Real wood at a good price! Simple but just what I was looking for, a piece made with quality that will last for years to come.

I had a question (from the US) about dimensions that I emailed when the UK was probably sound asleep, but as soon as business started in their day Ellie responded with very helpful info. Quick response with helpful information.

If we were rating Get Laid beds strictly on customer service, this would be a 5-star review. High praise for Luke Derbyshire who handled our post-delivery concerns swiftly and courteously, and also Trisha who assisted in resolving our concerns.

Sadly, the delivery experience to our California address was far from satisfactory. The bed arrived five days past the expected delivery date. Shipper gave no advance notice of their arrival, just showed up late afternoon with a bunch of damaged boxes. Fortunately the damage to the bed itself was minimal with some cosmetic damage to one of the pieces. Get Laid is providing some colored wax to fill and conceal the gouges and gave us the option of a credit or shipping a new board to replace the damaged one. We opted for the credit. We recognize that shipping is done by companies not under the direct control of Get Laid but it is still part of of the transaction and I am pleased that they accepted responsibility and took quick action to make it right.

As far as the bed itself, we are very pleased with the solid construction and appearance. It feels like a bed that will last a lifetime. We feel like it is a good value, especially when compared to all the particle board junk furniture on the market. Assembly was relatively straightforward. We highly recommend having a power drill driver available and a rubber mallet for seating all the pieces together.
