Thank god there this service. Easy to make appointment. And that doctor was more than helpful highly recommend.
Never can get through my own gp you could be waiting on the phone 15-20 mins to answer the phone just to make appointment.

Good Service but slow
Good service. Reasonably priced and cert sent to email. Great if you can't get a doctors appointment for a general illness. Ordered the 12 hour version, received a text saying it was issued, however, didn't receive it. Customer service was helpful, although slow to reply. Ended up with my cert 15 hours after request which was disappointing when paying for the recommended 12 hour. Not sure if I'd order again as I was stressed the cert would not come which is inconvenient when sick.

It was a misunderstand situation but they helped me and make a correct certificate. They were communicate and helpful.I choose the 24 hours option and they send it in this time frame. Recommend them!
