I can’t even count how many compliments I’ve received on the two rings I ordered from gingiberi. I wear them on two fingers, and together they create the most beautiful wave-like look. The quality and craftsmanship are exceptional, and the diamonds sparkle brilliantly.

I’d also like to give a special thank you to the customer service team. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. I rarely come across customer service of this quality.

I recently discovered GINGIBERI when I was in search of diamond rings for my pinky finger. I wanted elegant & beautiful pieces that would last for a very long time, be perfect to wear everyday & suitable for any fancy events too, that would also become my signature stack of jewellery. All GINGIBERI’s pieces look beautifully elegant & I think anyone would find a product that they would love for themselves & as gifts for those you love. My first 2 orders were rings for my pinky finger & both I wanted in white gold, which I noticed GINGIBERI’s readily available choice of metal is yellow gold & they only have a few certain sizes available ready to shop on their website. But this is no problem at all, when I contacted GINGIBERI’s customer service, which is brilliant - each time super responsive, friendly & professional, answered all my questions, fully detailed - compliments to Callie. I’m pleased that for both rings I chose were made as bespoke order. So if you find any product that you prefer in other metals or in other sizes - reach out & if they can do it, they will & bespoke orders do not take that long. GINGIBERI’s diamond jewellery are gorgeous & top quality - the diamonds they use are of high grade & shine ever so brilliantly. They use great quality metals too. So you can invest in jewellery that you can always wear without worrying about tarnishing. I love how their prices are affordable too, especially with their promotional discounts which are stackable. I’m surprised how they are stackable, I don’t know many companies that offer this perk - absolutely amazing! Your purchases also get rewarded - worth signing up to collect reward G-points to put towards future purchases. Such great positive shopping experiences for my first 2 orders, have lead me to my 3rd purchase of earrings. I have a few pieces on my wishlist. I see new designs of precious gemstones in pendants - I hope there will be new designs of rings with gemstones like ruby, emerald, sapphire etc in the future. Would be lovely to add pops of colour to your jewellery collection when you fancy bit of a change up.

Absolutely love their products - this is the third time I've ordered from them and every time I'm just in absolute awe. Their products are always in such amazing condition and the customer service is great. Definitely recommend for the pearl lovers out there!

I am so impressed with the jewelry designs and quick delivery provided here. The necklace is extremely beautiful. One thing I really like is the certificate they provided along with the product to confirm the quality of the pearl and diamond used.

I purchased the Unyielding Me ring, two pearls in a sterling silver setting, and am so pleased with its quality and beauty. It arrived in a beautiful blue travel pouch, inside the blue Gingiberi box. Also included was a flap envelope containing a Pearl Jewelry Certificate and cleaning cloth. From start to finish, top quality and a lovely experience to receive.

It all arrived exquisitely wrapped and presented and quickly as well. Look no further for excellent jewelry and superb customer service as well! I had a bit of trouble with the clasp of one item and they immediately replied to my email with a return label so that I could return it for repair/replacement. I wore the beautiful pieces on my recent holiday and could not have been happier with they way they looked and felt, and I was on trend and received many compliments as well! I would order again from Gingiberi in a heartbeat! Finding a jewelry seller who knows the sweet spot of fashionable and classy, but not so trendy as to fall out of fashion rapidly is key for me; I like quality and superb styling and always feel beautiful in their lovely things! I have now owned these lovely things for five months and they are still wonderful! Highly and heartily recommend this company!

I placed an order for some earrings shown by Leonora Smee on instagram. About a week after ordering I received an email from Gingiberi letting me know that the order had been lost by the courier, but they had reissued it together with a leather travel jewellery box as a gesture of good will. My experience with the Customer Service team has been exceptional. It is the first time I have experienced a customer service team to track my order and take action before I have to ask what is happening. The earrings arrived and are stunning, the packaging and attention to detail is fabulous. I would definitely buy from them again.

I decided to place an order after seeing a promotional piece by Jo Good. I would never usually be convinced to buy anything, but the confidence and honesty of the promotion was enough to sway me. I can’t say enough amazing things about Gingiberi! Although the jewellery didn’t arrive in time for my father’s funeral, it was dispatched and expedited to arrive two days before. However, there were repeated delays once it reached the UK—these were entirely the fault of the courier service and had nothing to do with Gingiberi. Despite all this, Callie went above and beyond, providing top-tier customer service—her care and dedication meant so much to me. A massive thank you and appreciation to Callie —she is truly a gem. The jewellery itself is absolutely stunning—beautiful pieces I will love and treasure for a lifetime. I’m already looking forward to adding to my collection in the future. Gingiberi is truly exceptional!

I ordered a pearl necklace and pearl earrings. Whilst the items seem lovely quality they just don’t suit me. I’m having an absolute nightmare with their customer services trying to return the items. I’ve now contacted them three times and still no response. Whilst the products seem nice, it’s not worth the hassle if they don’t suit you. If they continue to ignore the request I’ll have to pursue the return via the banks. Def more hassle than it’s worth.

I had custom earrings made for my wedding. I live in Australia so all communications and the design process was done via email. Firstly, the customer service was truly wonderful! The design team and consultant really went above and beyond. They were extremely patient and because we had so much time on our hands, they actually sourced a very specific pair of pearls that I wanted. Once delivered, the quality of my earrings were absolutely amazing and came out exactly like the paper designs I approved. I would 1000% work with Gingiberi again on custom designs and purchase their ready to wear items too! Thank you Gingiberi for making this experience so luxurious, memorable and special!
