I would to thank Shahed for his excellent problem solving skills. For months I have been trying to resolve a mystery with my WiFi package, I spoke to numerous agents and they were all perplexed and did not find the issue. Shahed, followed up on an email I sent to Glide and with his patience and determination he figured out what the problems were. My issue is still not resolved but at least its not a mystery anymore and the resolution should be resolved shortly. P.s. when ringing glide always ring the residential number as this number is answered swiftly.

I've been trying to speak to a person for over two weeks - my current on hold record is 1 hour 20 minutes.
Please let me know if someone has managed to stay longer, perhaps we can get a leaderboard going.

I think the whole internet thing at my uni accom was a shambles but it was rectified by Shahed in about 15 minutes. so if you need someone to go to, he’s your man! He’s great and deserves a raise. :)

I had been having issues with my wifi for a couple of days as a student, but as soon as I got in touch Shahid was extremely helpful. He helped to resolve WiFi issues across multiple, separate devices and had fantastic customer service!

I regularly get booted off the internet and multiple times now I’ve been unable to reconnect at all with the wifi saying “no internet.” I did every troubleshooting step they told me to do and still nothing. I’m not having to leave my flat to get course work done, for a company that markets towards students and student housing specifically this is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company if they paid me.

I had intermittent issues reported it and got follow up email and call from shahed, I missed the first call but he tried again the following day, troubleshooted the issue and got it resolved
