Quick turnaround from problem to fix. Shahed recognised the possible issue almost immediately. Once resolved, he gave a follow-up call to ensure all was good to go. Quickest internet resolution I have had, to include other providers over the years.

I was helped by Naz who was very patient and personable. Naz helped me deal with my issue whilst keeping me calm through his kindness and also got to the root of the issue very quickly. This is honestly some of the best customer service I have received. Thank you.

I would to thank Shahed for his…

I would to thank Shahed for his excellent problem solving skills. For months I have been trying to resolve a mystery with my WiFi package, I spoke to numerous agents and they were all perplexed and did not find the issue. Shahed, followed up on an email I sent to Glide and with his patience and determination he figured out what the problems were. My issue is still not resolved but at least its not a mystery anymore and the resolution should be resolved shortly. P.s. when ringing glide always ring the residential number as this number is answered swiftly.

I'm convivnced glide customer support…

I'm convivnced glide customer support doesn't exist and the phones are there as an ongoing social experiment to see how long people are willing to stay on hold for.

I've been trying to speak to a person for over two weeks - my current on hold record is 1 hour 20 minutes.

Please let me know if someone has managed to stay longer, perhaps we can get a leaderboard going.

I think the whole internet thing at my uni accom was a shambles but it was rectified by Shahed in about 15 minutes. so if you need someone to go to, he’s your man! He’s great and deserves a raise. :)

I had been having issues with my wifi…

I had been having issues with my wifi for a couple of days as a student, but as soon as I got in touch Shahid was extremely helpful. He helped to resolve WiFi issues across multiple, separate devices and had fantastic customer service!

Impossibly to do coursework

I regularly get booted off the internet and multiple times now I’ve been unable to reconnect at all with the wifi saying “no internet.” I did every troubleshooting step they told me to do and still nothing. I’m not having to leave my flat to get course work done, for a company that markets towards students and student housing specifically this is absolutely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company if they paid me.

I had intermittent issues reported it…

I had intermittent issues reported it and got follow up email and call from shahed, I missed the first call but he tried again the following day, troubleshooted the issue and got it resolved

Great communication from Shahed…

Great communication from Shahed regarding what was causing my internet problems and step by step instructions on how to fix it. Really appreciate the help as I had been struggling all year with no help from accommodation staff

Their basic plan was already working…

Their basic plan was already working great but I needed more speed. Support was quick in answer and Naz helped me get the internet speed ai needed.
