Terrible

Terrible. Constant issues with speeds, Wi-Fi and even Ethernet drops for no reason. I've had several engineers come out in the last few months just to install a Router.

The Router they gave us throttles the speed, from what we are paying for 250Mbps to 100 or less, then have the cheek to tell me that the 250Mbps speed we PAY FOR is "up-to" meaning they can get away with throttling the speeds.

What's worse, is our property / building has contracted out this "service" so we can't even change our Internet Provider (ISP) because they have exclusivity / monopoly for the site.

Other residents in my building have also been complaining about the speed issues, the disconnections, only to be told that there is an issue in the building and they will fix it. When next year?

In order to get the internet working again, you have to constantly go onto their site and "login" to restart the connection. Who came up with that idea?

Completely inept company. Having exclusivity for entire apartment buildings should be illegal. It traps consumers into ridiculous contracts and services that aren't provided despite paying for them!

I'll be contacting OFCOM if this continues. Because why should anyone pay a premium for something they aren't even getting? Now to their credit, it was working fine for the most part, up until the last week, where it's starting doing what it did in December 2025 and throttle speeds/ disconnects frequently.

Moving into a new building is stressful…

Moving into a new building is stressful enough, but Glide made the WiFi setup the easiest part of my day. They handled my account creation in a snap and the directions to access the network were incredibly smooth. I was connected and online within 5 minutes of starting. Total lifesaver!

Outstanding Customer Service

I would like to share a genuinely positive experience with the customer service I received today from Mohamed Ali and Eli at Glide.

From the start, Mohamed handled the situation in a very organised and professional manner, taking full ownership of the issue and coordinating everything efficiently. Eli then stepped in with his expertise, quickly identifying the root of the problem, despite the fact that it was not initially clear.

What truly stood out is that Eli came to my flat personally and resolved the issue within minutes. This level of commitment is rare.

It was not just about fixing the problem; both Mohamed and Eli went above and beyond, thinking proactively and doing more than expected to ensure I was fully satisfied.

This is an honest review, I have not experienced such attentive and dedicated customer service in a long time.

Thank you again, Mohamed and Eli, for your outstanding support.

The long and short of it is:
I had a terrible first impression. I have a technical background and had troubleshooted a lot before reaching out via ticket. Felt like I had zero say in anything and tickets got closed several times by an agent I won’t name as there seems to be other people that have left them good reviews. Was ready to unplug my router and cancel contract asap.

Tried phone support as a last resort. In comes Nadia and her infinite patience. It took us a long time (through no fault of hers) to get to a point where things worked. But very grateful for her, her thoroughness and patience.
Also thanks to Bilaal for helping me get through the finish line and also ending on a high note.

Very grateful to you both :)
