Best customer service experience ever

I had some very difficult issues to solve and Viviane from customer support gave me the best customer support experience I’ve ever had. She helped me solve my issue for several hours until it was resolved.
It’s great to know you can trust in your providers, in this case ASK4 and Viviane in customer support

Simply The Best: Gaia (First Line Support Engineer)

This might just be the single best instance of customer service I have ever received. Gaia (First Line Support Engineer), you are an absolute star!

I called up to inform ClearFibre that I had moved out, fully prepared for any of the associated costs in informing a broadband provider of a termination/change of address after the fact. I was not prepared for Gaia.

Gaia, friendly, polite and professional, took my details, processed the termination of my agreement with ClearFibre and, without a prompt, personally took it upon herself to enquire with a colleague(s) if my payment, which came out on the same day, could be refunded. After a few hours, I received an outbound call from Gaia to let me know that I was to receive my refund shortly.

Had the outcome been any different, my willingness to leave a five star TP review would not change. Gaia underpromised and overdelivered at every turn and she is an outstanding example of what excellent customer service feels like. If she should exemplify the average customer experience with ClearFibre, I would have them school many larger companies on the art of customer interaction. 10/10.

Ask 4 customer service made up for wifi issue

Whilst the WiFi experience has been rather variable, this review is to highlight the excellent customer service from Viv C, one of the first line support engineers. Viv was helpful, empathetic, and made me feel confident my issue would have a resolution - which is rapidly did thanks to Viv’s promised help. Best customer service I’ve had all year from any company!

El peor internet de la historia

El peor internet de la historia. Por desgracia es el que contrata BeCasa. El internet se cuelga todos los días. Algunos dispositivos no se pueden volver a conectar a la red hasta pasadas 12 horas.
El servicio al cliente es malisimo. Los problemas son generalizados de la red en el edificio. No le funciona a nadie bien. Si contactas al servicio al cliente te hacen mil preguntas absurdas sobre tus dispositivos y te piden que hagas mil comprobaciones que no sirven de nada, cuando el problema es de una red insuficiente.
Lo peor es que llevan meses intentando arreglarlo y no son capaces!!

They take alot of personal info

They take alot of personal info, some of which is unjustified e.g date of birth, address. They don't need that to provide me with a WiFi service in a hotel for 2 days. No doubt they will make money on it through advertising. Don't trust them.

Stopped responding!

At first was helpful. Then they stopped replying to my emails after i said i needed more help, then the chatbot stopped replying on there. Customer service is horrible. My issue still hasnt been resolved. They even said reply to this email if you need more help and never replied. I had to call them up just for them to help me. It sent me with a chatbot and now im waiting on response. Ive been trying to deal with this whole situation for over two hours
