Simon helped a lot

Simon helped a lot. He is a real professional. He walked me through every step, even though it took as a lot of time, he eventually helped me fix the problem with wi fi. I really liked working with him!!

Customer service

Tobi at customer service was very helpful in helping me figure out how to connect my tv back the wifi. He was very patient in helping me understand what I need to do to get it back up and running.

pesima señal y atencion al cliente

cuando hay problemas de señal, el wifi puede estar mal semanas, y en servicio al cliente, nadie ayuda pronto. Es lo peor

Empresa nefasta

Esta reseña no es para que la vean los de la empresa porque no harán nada al respecto para variar, sino para que la lean los clientes y no contraten sus servicios viendo la realidad de esta.

La conexión a internet es bastante mala casi todos los días. Estoy en una residencia de estudiantes y para mi es necesario tener una buena conexión que no se este desconectando cada dos por tres.

El servicio técnico también deja muchísimo que desear. Les escribí para intentar solucionar la conexión tan débil que tenía todos los días, cosa que no coincidia con lo que yo estaba pagando, y tardaban unos 3 dias en contestarme a cada respuesta que daba. Me contactaron dos asistentes diferentes y me preguntaban lo mismo varias veces, entre eso y lo que tardaban en contestar nunca pude solucionar con ellos.

Sin hablar de que hoy han dejado a toda una residencia entera sin internet, desde por la mañana hasta ahora, y aun seguimos sin internet.

Me parece una falta de profesionalidad y una empresa nefasta después de 2 años con sus servicios.

Repeated issues with lengthy connectivity interruption

An issue was logged Thursday morning at 7am. I was unable to connect to the internet for 2 days. It’s now Friday night. Still no resolution and the weekend ahead. This is not the first time. And you expect us to pay for this a- and give a positive rating??

Patience gets you anywhere!

I had a very positive experience with ClearFibre today. I called around 12 midday and spoke with Daniel Brandt regarding an internet issue I was experiencing.
Daniel was genuinely helpful, patient, and professional throughout the call. He took his time to properly understand the situation and worked through the issue carefully rather than rushing the process. It was clear that he wanted to resolve the problem, not just close the ticket.
The support felt personal and attentive, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Daniel, for the excellent service.

Currently going through a 12 hour long…

Currently going through a 12 hour long outage, no resolution whatsoever in sight thus far, in a "luxury" uni student accommodation with hundreds of others students.
Also just want to point out that their rating on Google maps is 2.1, also when pointing out the above as a reflection as to what to expect of their services they thought it would be appropriate to flag my review as defamatory content, while also leaving a reply on my review very clearly not in anyway denying any of my review from being innacurate but effectively affirming it, which seems to me like an inappropriate use of the tools from the trust pilot website in a desire to censor my review.

We’re really sorry for the loss of connection and completely understand how frustrating this is, especially during exam periods and in a large student accommodation building.

Unfortunately, this outage is due to a fault with the third-party line provider that services the building. This is outside of our direct control, but we have escalated the matter urgently and an engineer is actively working on the issue. We are continuing to chase the provider for updates and resolution.

We’ve also sent email updates to all registered email accounts associated with the site to ensure residents are kept informed. If you haven’t received these, please let our team know so we can make sure your contact details are up to date.

We truly appreciate your patience while this is being resolved and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Wifi Flicker Glitch

There was a bad wifi glitch that has been going on for a very long time 3 weeks It took some time to address my situation and to get a solution some engineering team were not so helpful saying we cannot contact further more but today they have finally contacted the technical team and reseted the wifi to deal with the glitches!

Paid for internet but can't get access. I've been on hold for over 15 minutes but no response from the customer support team. Incredibly frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!
