El peor wifi que he tenido en mi vida. Durante el ultimo mes no hace mas que perderse la conexión a internet continuamente y antes de eso no es que fuera precisamente bien. Cuando fui a llamar para preguntar porque no había internet me cogieron el teléfono desde Inglaterra a pesar de que yo llamase desde España, y me contestó una operadora que no sabia español y que enseguida me puso en espera para que me respondiera otro operador, sin siquiera intentar comunicarnos en inglés. Estando en una residencia universitaria necesito el wifi para mis estudios, y sin embargo tienen la cara de poner un wifi lentísimo y que continuamente pierde la conexión a internet, por no hablar de que solo te dejan conectar dos dispositivos. En resumen, el servicio es pésimo y tardan demasiado en resolver los problemas de conexión, son unos estafadores.

For the past two weeks, I was unable to connect to the ASK4 Wi-Fi. I contacted the support service several times, but unfortunately they were not able to resolve the issue. Today, however, I was helped by Daniel B, and I couldn’t be happier. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it within a few minutes. Daniel was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thanks to him, my connection is now working perfectly. Excellent service from Daniel B!

Never works. Has been six months and I am forced to hotspot my phone data to use any devices. Internet provided drops out intermittently on average every 20 mins. Blamed on Apple products rotating MAC addresses and Smart heaters "spamming" the WiFi. Recommend never moving into a property with Ask4 because you cannot choose your own provider and the service does not work!
Alexia Was truly amazing! She stayed on the phone with me for 36 minutes. And guided me through everyone of my needs until we got to the bottom of everyone of my devices! Thanks Alexia I truly appreciate it and thanks ask4 too. 👌🏻

Ich muss mich den anderen anschließen, die Achmed in den Himmel gelobt haben. Völlig zu Recht!! Er ist wirklich ein sehr hilfsbereiter, fachkundiger "live safer" - ein Engel auf Erden, der sein Handwerk versteht. Selbst wenn es hektisch wird bleibt er gelassen - denn wer kennt das nicht, wenn das Internet nicht funktioniert, dann ist man ja heutzutage sozusagen "aufgeschmissen". Ebenso ein anderer Kollege, ein "britishman" war ebenso freundlich und geduldig - leider weiß ich seinen Namen nicht.So manche anderen Call-Center/Helpdesks können sich davon eine dicke Scheibe abschneiden! Ihr macht Euren Job nicht einfach "weil Ihr ihn halt machen müsst", sondern man merkt die Energie, die Motivation, die Freude bei der Arbeit. Ich hatte bisher stets das Gefühl, dass auf "Augenhöhe" kommuniziert und erklärt wird/wurde. Macht bitte weiter so! Alles Liebe für Euch!

My WiFi service that began on October 26th. It has now been nearly two months, and the issue remains unresolved until today.
The core problem is that while all my devices can detect the network, they are unable to connect to the internet.
I first contacted your hotline shortly after the issue started. Your colleague initially diagnosed the problem as a faulty, offline Switch and advised that a replacement would be required.
Following that call, I waited approximately two weeks. My accommodation manager later informed me that an engineer from your side did visit the communications room, but I received no official update regarding the outcome of that visit or the planned replacement of the faulty Switch. I was away for 2 weeks after that, assuming that the service will resume normal, but that is not the case, once I came back, the Wifi is still down. I do not know what have you guys done for the past 2 months, I called the hotline on 11 /12 once again, your colleague promised that she will reply me after getting the update, and the reply got from her was a useless generic email reply saying that "We are currently working on to get this sorted for you" which is unacceptable. And I called once again on 12/12 and finally met Simon Ramsey, among the 2 months and numerous calls, I met Simon twice, he is the only one who are able to help me by informing me that the engineer was already on the site in Nov and helped me by telling me to try to reboot the switch which absolutely no one told me before. I am not gonna lie, other than Simon, all the emails and calls I received or sent are useless from the others. Please treat this seriously, think before replying to consumers, generic email reply does not help and will make it worse.
I rated this experience with 1 star because other than Simon, no one is helping at all.

I’ve had an internet issue with ASK4 for the past 10 days and it’s still not fixed. Their customer support team keeps making false promises, and twice their engineer failed to show up to resolve the problem. The service has been unreliable, and the lack of accountability is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend ASK4 to anyone in Dublin 16, Two Oaks, based on this experience. I have called them 50+ times and just ignored with polish words and nobody cares to fix the issue.
Viv was great, and helped me set up my smart devices!

Durch Ahmeds telefonischen Support und seine sehr professionelle, geduldige und humorvolle Art konnten wir das Problem innerhalb weniger Minuten gemeinsam beheben.
