Fast response, quick solution and amazing support staff

Had a great experience with the customer support. Initially had a quick conversation with the first line support engineer via email even at midnight which was surprising. I was then forwarded to the live chat support the following day to fully resolve the issue. I was assisted by Gaia, who was extremely professional and fast in finding the solution to my issue. They were amazing, and even helped me understand the reasoning for the fault for my own curiosity! Great service, I have rarely had customer support in the UK been this positive, well done to the team!

Bei meinem Lunentree 600 mit T2SG stockte die Einspeiseleistung. Nach Rücksprache mit ask4it wurde per Mail Schadensbeschreibung an ask4it gesendet. Diese haben sofort Austauschgerät gesendet. Und das, obwohl gesetzliche Garantie nach 1 Jahr seit Kaufdatum wohl nicht mehr gegriffen hätte

Had a pretty frustrating WiFi issue…

Had a pretty frustrating WiFi issue today — honestly, it was driving me crazy! But I’m so relieved it’s finally sorted.
A big shoutout to Tamer, Warren, and Daniel who stuck with it all day, kept me in the loop, and didn’t give up until it was fixed. That kind of dedication really means a lot.
And a special mention to Daniel — thank you for putting up with my endless follow-ups and for going the extra mile to get this resolved as fast as possible. You’re a star!

Issue resolved, supportive and helpful staff

I had some problems with my wired connection (WiFi was still working) and was assisted by Daniel Brandt from Ask4 over the phone. He certainly is one of the most helpful staff members I have ever spoken to from this company. Daniel was very patient and tried everything he could to help me fix the issue. It took us over an hour with a few e-mails exchanged back and forth; and luckily, the connection was finally restored in the end. Definitely recommend Ask4, especially if you live in a student accommodation.

Good person

To begin with, I’m sorry for the late feedback. I was close to being impolite in my frustration over the connection problems, but Tobi on the other side handled the situation with calmness and offered valuable assistance.

Reliable

Everytime there’s a trouble and I send a text, as long as it’s actually a wifi issue and not the cable and device, they’ll fix it in a day.

Excellent Support – Quick and Friendly Service

I had a really positive experience with ASK4 call centre. My issue was resolved in just one phone call, which was very impressive. The staff were extremely helpful, patient, and genuinely sweet throughout the conversation.

They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. Great customer service experience overall!

Consistently poor service

Genuinely surprised with the high rating here. We frequently get disconnection and response on resolution is painstakingly long. Experiencing second disconnection/no service event for extended time this month. A couple of months ago went 3 weeks without resolution had to pay for an alternative solution. Was offered no compensation and customer service was poor. Regretting going with this provider. I encourage people to not check the reviews on Google much more reflective of the truth.

Can’t rate Warren highly enough!

Can’t rate Warren highly enough! I was so frustrated trying to set up my bulbs and Google home to my new WiFi and tried so many times to sort things myself. After some time I emailed and Warren magically connected them - so easy and great communication! Very grateful for the support

Poor customer care following a 2.5 week outage

I had a 2.5 week outage on my service, the support and technical team were excellent throughout - I wish I could rate them seperately.

The account management team and customer care was very poor when it came to following up on the incident and offering support. I'll be moving my business away from them.

Positively surprised

I moved into my new apartment around 2 weeks ago and instantly had trouble with the ethernet port not working. I tried my hardest for a bit to fix it, but to my horror I found out I was unable to do ANYTHING from my end. It all had to go through ASK4. I called them and ended up talking to an AI assistant for a bit, that did absolutely nothing to help with the issue. I was finally connected to a technician (at around 20:00 in the evening).

I was positively surprised to even be able to be connected to a technician at this time at night, and even more surprised when the technician actually helped me resolve it within around 30 minutes. The error was switch-related, but they remotely handled it with cmd-line magic and since then my network has been working great.

It is a bit annoying to have to register all of my devices through their website before I can use them. (Transferring my phone data to a new phone required a few workarounds, and you can forget about opening ports and such) For casual, everyday use the service is excellent, the support team is patient, and they are available at hours way past normal tech support provided by other companies.
