After some initial issues, I’m very happy with the service from Glide.

The connection was previously inconsistent, with regular dropouts and occasional longer outages. However, after escalating the issue, it was handled quickly and professionally.

An engineer named Li, based in Wembley, came out the very next day. He was friendly, punctual, and took the time to clearly explain the problem. He identified that the issue was caused by an old or damaged cable in the wall and managed to bypass it with a practical solution.

Since then, the connection has been stable with no outages. Really appreciate the prompt response and the quality of the fix.

For the last 2 months I have been experiencing my Wifi being intermittent and been regularly calling and emailing glide to support me in this issue. Today I was on the phone after calling the support 033 number for 40 minutes with Devine Achuba where I was put on hold numerous times throughout this phone call , despite asking not to. When asking to escalate my ticket regarding my Wifi she was unable to provide support in this and would not put me in contact with a manager. I am very upset with my experience and my issue with the wifi sit remains unknown and unsolved.
