Mostly fine but the throttling of my internet speed between the hours of 4pm and 2am means that cloud gaming IS NOT POSSIBLE ON THE GLIDE NETWORK AT ALL. Unless you don't have a job or only want to play on the weekends. Pointless, frustrating and terrible policy.

If you go to university and have Glide wifi. Do not accept the offer. DO NOT SUFFER LIKE WE HAVE. Live chat is never open. As I type I’ve been trying to call their 24/7 service since 11pm, it’s now 1:30am! They half upgrade our accommodations wifi, and then brick our wifi support from being used despite being told on their website, and I was told on the phone before even buying it if we have a router box extenders are allowed! But nope, randomly got bricked. I’m a student who does most of her classes in her room due to sickness, and now cannot attend because their wifi is so bad, we had to pay for an extender and then…they block them! Maybe I’ll change the review if they finally pick up the phone and help 🤷♀️🤷♀️

Poor Customer Service - Emails would be ignored (As it'd be multiple weeks with no response).
Wireless WIFI is inconsistent and Poor. Ethernet Port has been broken for a Month, their Support has been inconsistent and underwhelming.
Sent a technician out after a few weeks, the issue remained. Received an email the day after asking me if things were fixed; replied, not received anything for a week+.
The actual Staff are decent, but resolutions and efficiency are heavily insufficient.

Had an issue with my wifi , agent Billy assisted me very very well tbh !
He was so patient and understood every word I said ,then acted really quick and sorted out everything immediately ! What an excellent service !
They should hire people with a beautiful voice like his tho , LOL !

If I could give 0, or minus stars for that matter, I would.
Glide decommissioned wifi support in my building and failed to notify me in any way whatsoever. I am now left without internet completely, and Glide are refusing to help in any way whatsoever.
My concerns have been dealt with in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner at every turn (including times before they dumped my WiFi when I had connection issues.)
I have experienced loss of income due to their sheer audacity and incompetence.
I strongly advise against using Glide and would urge current customers to switch as soon as possible to avoid being left in the dark.
