If I could give 0, or minus stars for that matter, I would.
Glide decommissioned wifi support in my building and failed to notify me in any way whatsoever. I am now left without internet completely, and Glide are refusing to help in any way whatsoever.
My concerns have been dealt with in an unprofessional and unpleasant manner at every turn (including times before they dumped my WiFi when I had connection issues.)
I have experienced loss of income due to their sheer audacity and incompetence.
I strongly advise against using Glide and would urge current customers to switch as soon as possible to avoid being left in the dark.

After calling the number for assistance , I received help quickly, from the positive recipient Naz, who was very patient and politely spoken.Receiving such a kind reception has led me to writing this review.

The internet connection has been unavailable since 28 November. After multiple contacts with support and several remote diagnostic sessions with Glide technicians, it was confirmed that the router is faulty and needs to be replaced. This conclusion was reached weeks ago.
Despite this, the issue has still not been resolved. A technician visited 17 of December and confirmed once again that the router is defective. However, the technician arrived without a replacement router and informed us that the local partner company in Valencia does not have spare routers available. As a result, we were told that we must wait until Glide supplies a new device. No clear delivery timeline was provided.
We were explicitly informed that a new router would be delivered today, but this did not happen. "We would like to make you aware that due to it being the holiday period, we will be unable to get anyone out to deliver the router today. We understand this may be frustrating and we would like to offer our sincerest apologies. The earliest availability we have been given is January."
As of now, there is still no internet connection, no installed replacement router, and no confirmed delivery date.
Since 28 November, we have been without the internet service that we are paying for. In addition to the lack of service, we have spent a significant amount of working time communicating with support, waiting for technicians, and repeatedly following up on this incident. Both my husband and I work from home, and our work quality has been significantly impacted, as we have been forced to rely on unstable mobile internet for more than three weeks.
Throughout this entire period, we have received only apologies but no concrete compensation offer for the prolonged outage and the unacceptable service quality.
Given the duration of the incident, the lack of proactive communication, the missed delivery commitment, and the complete absence of financial compensation, we consider this handling of the case unacceptable.
Please, be aware of this company.

My Internet connection dropped and I opened a ticket via email. You have the chance to call the helpdesk via phone number as well and surprise: no queue, just a real human being in no time there for you (it was Sunday). Wesley from helpdesk helped me asking just some basic info and he was able in minutes to identify the problem and rectify it, but not happy with that, he tried and succeeded in improving my connection rates and speed three (3) times! He's been fast, polite, efficient and in one word brilliant. Great job Wesley, and great job Glide.

I use Glide for couple years and I never experienced any issues.
First time I had an issue with my payment, it was bank issue, and I’ve sent an email to Glide.
