Naz was Great

Naz was polite, clear, efficient and thorough. We had an issue that had kept us offline for several days and prevented us WFH. Naz checked several possibilities and made we sure we had short-term solution and info for long-term.

The Worst Service I've Ever Experienced

I have recently moved in to Platform Edinburgh and my apartment was supposed to be fitted with a WiFi router by Glide prior to moving in. We found that there was no router upon moving in and raised this with building management and Glide. We are now 10 days on and Glide have refused to contact us about arranging for an installation despite repeatedly telling Platform that "we will contact the tenant immediately". We have contacted Glide ourselves daily and are repeatedly told "we are unable to contact the service manager". It's really poor customer service and I feel powerless to bring this to a resolution. If anyone from Glide can do something to help, my incident number is: INC0640928

The worst service I’ve ever experienced – avoid Glide at all costs

I’ve called Glide literally hundreds of times, and every single time they keep me on hold forever without solving anything. Their technical support has no idea what they’re doing — they can’t even figure out what’s wrong with a simple router.

It’s been over a month with no internet in my building, and all they did was make excuses. I asked for an engineer many times, and they kept me waiting for 2–3 weeks just to confirm one visit. Even now, after all the emails and phone calls I’ve sent, nothing is fixed.

The whole team is completely useless. No one takes responsibility, no one follows up, and no one cares. I’ve never seen such poor communication, slow response, and unprofessional service in my life.

Glide is honestly one of the worst companies ever — they waste your time, your money, and your patience. If you value your sanity, stay away from them.

Great Support Team

We were helping our son move in for university and ran into problems creating a Glide account and connecting his devices. Thankfully, we got through to a very polite and knowledgeable representative named Jovan, who provided outstanding customer service.

He patiently guided us through the whole process, helped us create the account, and made sure everything was set up correctly. He explained each step clearly and even took the time to ensure we understood how to manage the account going forward.
He was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help — a real credit to the team.

Thank you for making what started as a stressful experience so much easier!

There support system is an embarrassment for a 1st…

This is an embarrassment for a 1st world country. There concept is simple. They never acknowledge that you have a problem. They will annoyingly ask you screenshot, photos and many things every week for months after months untill you give up. Then they will simple say the problem is resolved and they will close the case. I hope the whole company should collapse soon or the Gov.UK should thake some steps against them for harassing people and wasting time.

coverage is horrible

coverage is horrible, internet speed is no where near as advertised. i'm getting speeds of 10mbps and sometimes i can't even connect to the internet. i'm paying 85 per month for this garbage. don't ever get glide!!!!

Excellent!

The service was quick and my operator was very attentive and friendly. It was done professionally and astutely towards any other problems that may arise. The company clearly prioritises customer satisfaction!

Glide has always been reliable for me

Glide has always been reliable for me. I think there was only one or two periods last year where the wifi was down for a couple hours. Otherwise reliable and fast wifi. I had an issue with the location i was accessing the wifi from and a wonderful person from the live chat team called Molly helped to fix my issue incredibly fast!

Connecting speaker to WiFi

Was trying to connect my google mini speaker to the glide WiFi but was unable to do so on my own. Naz was very patient and was helpful in explaining what to do, we tried multiple different ways and in the end it connected. Thank you so much for your help- brilliant customer service
