GMPartsGiant had in stock a wiring harness for a vehicle that was more than 17 years old at an affordable price! They shipped it fast and I received in perfect condition. I installed it that day and my Malibu was up and running.

The part arrived in a timely manner and was exactly what I needed. It solved my shift to park issue

Shipping price was harendous! 43 dollars for a 4 dollor calliper repair kit that only had half the parts! The bag it came in was open and part of the kit was removed! The company stated you got what you ordered. TOTALLY UNLESS and l waited for weeks to get it! I will strongly recommend to my fellow mechanics and custom car builders to stay AWAY! BAD service to customers and phony reviwes! -3 out of 10 :( $47.00 of agrivation $260.00 new caliper I installed NO choice waited too long for half the parts and rediculous shipping cost! :(

I placed an order for a GMC instrument cluster for $120 and some change. Got an email confirmation of my purchase and processing. the very next day I checked order status and I find out order cannot process because their is a price increase of 120.00 that needs to be paid before shipment. are you kidding me, double the amount from original. called them I get zero apology just it is what it is. That is extreamly shady and untrustworthy. I cancled the order Steer clear of GMPartsGiants.

Be very careful when purchasing from this organization. Even if they send you the wrong part, they will charge a significant restocking fee. I was charged a $47 restocking fee for an $180 part. There was no chance to re-order since they did not have the matching part for my vehicle. I also had to pay return shipping.

In addition, it took over 3 months to process the refund.

There are much better options with companies that actually value their customers.

They are not customer first as if you have the wrong part they have excuses so that you can't return it. I wouldn't recommend ordering from them because of their return policies. Typical bad online experience. I'm stuck with a part I can't use and they don't even offer to exhange it..

I placed an order with GMPartsGiant.com on June 22 for an auto part costing approximately $53 including tax.

After waiting for an entire week, the order still had not shipped. I contacted customer service, and only after my inquiry did I receive tracking information. When the package finally arrived, the part inside was damaged and unusable.

I immediately contacted the company to request a replacement. Customer service asked me to provide photos of the damaged part, which I submitted as requested. At that time, no one told me that I was also required to keep the shipping box or provide photos of the external packaging.

After receiving no meaningful update for another week, I called the company to follow up. Only then was I told that photos of the shipping packaging were required. By that time, the packaging had already been discarded because the company had never informed me that it needed to be retained.

The company then refused to replace or refund the damaged part solely because I could not provide packaging photos. This requirement was not communicated when I first reported the damage and submitted the requested evidence. It is completely unreasonable for the company to introduce a new requirement one week later and then use it as an excuse to deny responsibility.

The entire experience involved delayed shipping, poor communication, a damaged product, unclear claims procedures, and an unjustified refusal to resolve the issue. Based on my experience, the company’s customer service practices were misleading, unfair, and designed to avoid responsibility rather than assist the customer.

Ordered a part ,payed total price and shipping. Im waiting for a couple of days l, than get email that the price is more for the item and won't be ship till and price increase is payed . Thats terrible business, totally waste of time and effort. Will never shop again with you guys and I hope other customers see how shady you guys are.

wont be using them again, everything is fine until you have a problem. difficult to get a hold of, held hostage by the online email contact process. still no resolution to the part that was missing out of a filter kit (one seal).
3weeks go by back and forth and i finally spend time on hold to speak with someone. told me they can not move forward without a photo. The part is missing not sure how the photo will help. (just another Cog in their process) I send a photo immediately of the two parts i got and clearly explained what was missing. get another customer service email back later same day statement saying after reviewing your photo the part is not included. So here i go in circles again. The filter kit i ordered is supposed to come with three parts, I only got two! Fact. Its like a big game to them. no one takes it seriously and they hope you will just give up. Poor customer service. Like i said you are fine until something goes wrong! Shop elsewhere, no ownership when they made a mistake. dont waste your time with these business practices.
