Refusal of refund for the wrong size part.
On May 26th, 2026 I ordered a wheel for a 2025 Chevorlet Trailblazer for the amount of $223.74. Then they requested an additional $26.75 for more shipping and handling. I received it June 10th, 2026. It was the wrong size wheel for my vehicle. Their website says it will fit my vehicle it does not. When I asked to return it for a refund, they denied stating it was special order part. It never said it was non-refundable or a special order when I purchased it. It only says electrical parts are non-refundable in their return policy. I would like my refund please.

Was sent wrong part. Not sure whose fault as it came in black not tan.
Didn’t know rules of returned, but returned part pristine with out CO’s labe though all documented. Never received refund. Not nice.
