I had bought 1yr visa from the date of commencing but it shows will expire in December

The money for the visa was taken on 31st May, despite several requests for help (I am visiting India as part of a cruise) the only options on the form are for Hotel or Particular!? I am not staying in India apart from on the ship. I now have two ticket numbers with the promise someone will get back to me quickly and I am still waiting. I can only assume this site is a scam!

We applied for our e-visa relatively early. Govisa's response was that the visa would not be issued until May 17th at the earliest. To date—one week before our trip—we have received no response and no visa has been issued, despite contacting the authorities.

I found filling in the application form was very straightforward. I like how it was done in sections. After filling in the information that section was saved & you could move on. I was very pleasantly surprised that I received my visa so quickly. I'm happy to recommend you.

I applied for a tourist evisa for Travel to India on the 5th May. I made the application via the govisa.app website on 20th March. No visa was forthcoming, I could not board the flight and travel to India. I contacted Govisa numerous times by email and their support portal starting with "support" ticket 2060. Absolutely no response, no communication, nothing. There is no support it's all nonsense. Avoid and apply via the Indian High Commission website. Do not use Govisa.app if you want to travel to India (or anywhere else for that matter).

I asked a question regarding the expiry date and I have not heard yet. It has been a week.

SCAM.. please don't use, communication is only through email only, no phone num. Applied for visas for kids & wife, but didn't realise that wife already had an Indian visa & so immediately emailed to cancel & no response, all emails that were sent from them were automated, & because of bad service, tried to cancel kids visas. No response & no refunds. All the peaple giving good reviews, are their peaple. Absolute SCAMMERS
