Excellent service, they kept us informed all the way through the process. Our visa was sent to us exactly when they said it would. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely, use them again.

Thank you for your prompt replies to all my queries. Appreciate that our visas were issued as promised thou we applied way in advance.

On the plus side, the GoVisa form was easy to use and it was also easy to upload the required documents. On the negative side, when the Visa came back with a (very minor) error in the spelling of my name, GoVisa were not interested in attempting to help resolve the problem and referred me to the Issuing Visa site. Conclusion: I am very unlikely to use the GoVisa site again

Once we figured out how to find the questions it was very easy.

We applied for our Visa too early and Govisa put it on hold for processing until correct time and then it was granted in a timely manner.

The visa application process was very straight forward, but just asking some questions that do not appear to be relevant. Also I could not get the visa until 30 deay before departure, so I was in a state where I did not know if my applications was accepted, but had to book the flights and hotel at risk!

Did not receive visa in time so missed my trip, lack of communication throughout. I have never been so stressed in my life. I waited until 30 mins before check in closed and I still never heard any despite multiple attempts

I completed a partial application, the company requested payment in dollars, I paid, the funds were taken by a Hong Kong company, when I realised, I couldn't furnish the information they were asking for, I aborted my application, my case was reviewed by someone calling herself Sophie,I was promised a full refund in 1 to 5 working days,no refund, I have since attempted to contact the said Sophie ,no response, guess I have to write my money off, I would urge anyone to AVOID this company.

The Information required was alot and is Hard to obtain when youre travel plans arent cleare.

My boyfriend and I applied for an Indian visa over three weeks before travelling to India - we were charged over £100 and my boyfriend's visa didn't arrive in time (I'm also not sure that mine was legitimate). Luckily we realised a couple of days before we were due to travel that it was a scam, and we applied for new visas through the Indian government site - both visas were approved within 3 days.

While we were trying to sort it out, we couldn't get through to anyone at the company. They say that they have no record of the application on my email, and are trying to make out that we never made an application - but the application was made through my boyfriend's email address.

The Indian government advises that the only way to get an Indian visa is to go direct through them at indianvisaonline.gov.in, so please go through this channel and not GoVisa.

Very easy process

I applied for indian evisa. All went well but I was charged $98.50 USD.
My brother got his from official indian E visa site and he paid $25.00 USD
I have sent an email for explanation but no answer

I filled out the application partially and the funds were debited from my bank Account. My bank sent me an SMS regarding the transaction. My trip then organised the visa for me. Half heartily a I asked for a refund which was received the next day !
