We have tried to contact them again and…
We have tried to contact them again and again with no response. We have been waiting for my wife's visa for over 3 weeks with no news whatsoever. They do not even acknowledge e-mails. I would avoid this company at all costs. I do not know how we will get to India now without a visa for my wife. This is terrible, terrible service. I wouldn't normally leave bad reviews, but they do not answer e-mails at all.

Never received a confirmation email.
The process required every detail of my parents and personal details.
There is no facility to contact them online.'
EDIT.....
HOWEVER; due to my initial negative review, I was contacted by Govisa.
After two attempts, it was a mistyped email address that caused the issues.
Visas now received and ready to go.
I judge a company not on when things go right, but when things go wrong and they are put right.

Excellent service at a competitive price
We were having great difficulty completing the visa application on the Indian government website and having read the reviews for GoVisa, we decided to trust the process to them. So glad we did. We completed the forms online and uploaded the photos et voila, success! We now have our visas and it was well worth the cost which was significantly less than over companies offering this service.

Applied for Indian visa for myself. My visa was approved however my husbands wasn’t due to his birth place. Spoke to Sophia on numerous occasions and she was very helpful with the whole process and replied very promptly. A full refund was issued for the visas by Sophia as a goodwill gesture which I really appreciated. I would really recommend using govisa.app for a visa.
