I would expect that the payment section was at the end of the process, not part way through.

Excellent Service
The form seems quite long but flows quite well.Ensure you save and close each section as you go.My application was complicated as I travel on an Irish passport, despite being born in the UK.My first application was refused.I got in touch with Sophia at GoVisa via the online help page and got an instant response.She was really helpful and tracked my application straight through the weekend!Its an excellent service.

The process is simple enough but not sure on some questions relating to parents. If eg. they are dead there is no option to state this, however not sure on the relevance.
