Do not pay out
They say you are covered for delayed departure due to circumstances that are beyond your control but when you come to make a claim they don't pay out so very misleading telling you that you would be covered . Will not use them again .

I wish there is lower than a one star . It’s waste of money. The insurance is gold cover with 195 pounds access when it’s come to cover a cancellation they don’t pay for nothing.my holiday to Amsterdam was cancelled and I send all the requested documents to them but after a long waiting time they come up with nothing. They don’t pay for transfer or refund for my holiday.I won’t recommend to use them because it’s just waist of money.

terrible takes ages
waste of time everything takes so long to do. you have to resign up just to even try to make a claim and constantly get verification confirmations and then put even more details in. think they’re trying to make it as time consuming as possible so you just give up.
