Greenguard Insulation Reviews 

Right from the first visit of the rep. to the completion of the job all went as promised. We had three roof spaces to remove the remains of the spray foam from and fit super foil. Two were very awkward to access. The fitters worked very hard in confined spaces to make a good job of the installation. They cleaned up well and left everything tidy before leaving. I would recommend Greenguard Insulation

Nathan and his team did an excellent job in removing the old insulation and installing the new insulation. Worked very hard in difficult conditions. Job well done.

From the go the young lady sales rep [Liz] went through her script to the letter in selling the product. Leading to a contract being made. On the day two workers arrived at 08;30 and worked the day [hottest day]they worked none stop only to take a small break.[which there need with such heat] All problem put right with out question. Very happy with them. Had to have words with management over small problems at there end ,but mattered revied by phone

Very efficient service, workers great and clean

Nathan and Bailey did a great job over 3 days of sweltering heat. They were always polite and cleaned up at the end of each day. There was a serious mouse droppings problem which they took in their stride, and sealed up the points of entry, so hopefully that won't recur.

The lads who carried out the job were courteous, friendly, and hard-working, and did so without any mess. Definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their loft insulated

Tom worked on his own for 5 1/2 hours non stop on a very hot day. He was amazing and very informative about what he was doing. The loft looked amazing when he had finished and if this works to reduce our bills we will be very impressed. Would definitely recommend them although I too was a bit skeptical at first.

If anyone needs isolation this is the company. Very professional and good price. I was a bit sceptical at the beginning but the end result was fantastic.

Max & Ronnie came to do the installation on a very hot day, but they got stuck in and worked so hard from start to finish. They were both really polite and happy to answer all my questions along the way. When they finished, they left everything spotless - you would never know they'd been here. Thanks so much guys, it was a real pleasure having you in my home.

Very professional job done by Max and Ronnie. Left the loft clean, the lads hardly stopped, only stopped for their half hour lunch break.

Kye Mann was the surveyor. A personable young man who called me into the loft to point out its problems (caused by previous installation of Spray Foam - removed a few months ago). Kye then explained in great detail the benefits of SuperFoil and I agreed to have it fitted. Stefan and his Dad (sorry, I didn't catch his name) arrived promptly a few days later and worked tirelessly on the hottest day of the year to date. They covered all my carpets, had me go into the loft to see the result, cleared up and vacuumed before they left. They were great guys working in terrible heat for 8.5 hours, only leaving at 18:45 on a Friday. Time will tell how effective the product really is.

Persuaded a elderly friend to sign up for expensive loft job inappropriate to her requirements, & costing money she doesn't have. Appears they're selling their solution regardless of the need.
I seriously question their motives, sales tactics & ethics.

Kye Mann surveyed our roof. He fully explained the moisture that had accumulated over time which created white mould. He explained throughly advantages and disadvantages of having or not having the work done. He was that good we agreed at his visit to have the work done and a date was set for installation (we never normally agree on the day). Installation date was then brought forward by a day and the work was completed. The installers put dust sheets down, and tidied up after themselves. They worked a good 4/5 hours.
Kye really knows his stuff and nothing was too much trouble when we asked questions. We could ring him anytime. After installation there was a slight problem with our electrics in one room, I called Kye and he arranged with his manager for an Electrican to come out and resolve the problem at no cost to us.
All in all brilliant service from Kye Mann. Thanks to the fitters, Billy and the Electrican too.

Very friendly an hardworking

Nathan and Bailey arrived on time. They were very polite and friendly. They worked very hard from 8am till 6pm. The job was very professionally done and they took pride in their work. I was very pleased with the results.

Conner surveyed our roof and explained that the moisture which accumulated over the years had created white mould and would be detrimental to the longevity of the wooden beams. He explained the process and advantages of having this type of foil insulation and also explained the Government insulation discount with no vat on offer.
A date was agreed upon and we had Levi and his team arrive to conduct the work on our roof. They were very polite and cracked on with the job in hand without any disturbance.
Due to the size of the project (we had both the original roof and the extension roof done at the same time) Levi had to arrange a second day to complete all the work. On the second day, the guys arrived and went straight on with working. During the installation, there was a power cut and although the trip switch was reset Levi insisted that he called upon an electrician (at no extra cost) to inspect the cables in the loft for his wn piece of mind for safety concerns.
From start to finish the guys were professional, courteous and took pride in their work.

Tom and Morgan finished my loft insulation today. I must say they were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves when they finished. Great lads very polite.
