Quality of flowers not very good and did not last long, packaging very poor this was for a very special person

The flowers were delivered on the day I requested - important as an anniversary. Lovely flowers with long stems.

Beautiful flowers and i will be ordering again in the future

I recently had some news that two members of my family were taken ill with prognoses that the illnesses could be terminal. There was nothing I could do to make anything better but your flowers lit up a tiny part of the story with joy and kindness which bought them calm in that moment so thank you so much for changing lives. Your arrangements are beautiful, thoughtful and full of colour which can turn the greyest of days bright.

They were limp, open and no scent. Poor quality unlike usual

Apart from beautiful flowers, the service is second to none. When I accidentally put my own address for delivery, instead of the recipient's, another bunch was sent out free if charge. Well done Guernsey Flowers!

The freesia we received were beautiful and the scent exceptional. They just for ages and the colours are incredible.

The flowers arrived exactly when they were supposed to and were of very good quality.

While my flowers arrived looking good. I only received 18 stems and paid for 30. Apparently supposed to last for up to 3 weeks. Within 2 days 2 stems were dead. The rest lasted a further week. I was very disappointed however we were in a heatwave when bought and delivered. Though that doesn’t account for the missing stems.

Flowers were not at their best on receipt. I thought they would open up and look fabulous after a day or two. Instead,less than a week after I had them they were in the bin. Very very disappointed .I love fressias,they were my wedding bouquet over 55 yrs ago.

What’s the point 3 times I have expressed my disappointment with the flowers but non one takes no notice

Disappointed with freesias. Damaged stems and nearly dead flower heads and I love freesias and their smell

No compensation or apology from the company after a poor quality bunch of fresias was delivered on my wife’s birthday at an outrageously high price 😡
Do not use!
