Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. The audiologist (George) talked me through each test so there were absolutely no surprises.

Matt Frost deserves a pay rise!
Matt Frost from Harley Street Hearing was SUPERB! Patient, informative, knowledgable, compassionate. Pay rise for Matt! Harley Street Hearing was employed by our company to check our hearing (we work in a loud environment + wear headphones). Matt came in to measure our hearing and to inform us of the results. Matt also sent follow-up e-mails. A great service. Thank you. Sincerely.

I'm so glad to be able to come here
This is my second time, and I can't praise them too highly. Barathy and Matthew the first time, still in the previous premises, and Simone today. I was convinced that I'd ruptured my ear drum, or if I hadn't, that it would then be damaged by investigation. But with infinite patience and care everything was dealt with and I find that I can now hear again and my ear drum is ok too!
I don't yet need hearing aids but I'm sure it's coming in due course - I was tested last time - and when I'm at that stage I'll certainly be coming here.
I'm so glad that my son persuaded me to come here, that first time several years ago.

Harley Street hearing visit
I recently visited Harley Street Hearing, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. They took the time to really listen to my concerns and gave me a thorough hearing assessment without any pressure or rush.
The specialist explained everything clearly and recommended hearing aids tailored to my lifestyle and needs. I was amazed at how discreet and comfortable the devices were—and the difference in sound quality was truly life-changing. I didn’t realize how much I was missing until I could hear so clearly again!
Highly recommend Harley Street Hearing to anyone considering hearing aids. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Chris, thank you on behalf of the Harley Street Hearing team.
I have been a client for about 12 years
I have been a client for about 12 years. They have always been prepared to push the limits of what can be achieved for my hearing, often meaning successive repeat visits to make tweaks, and monitor outcomes for the individual patient needs. Cannot reccomend highly enough, and in my experience, consistently high standards across all their audiologists, and in every branch I have visited. Matthew Allsop was the case in point on today's visit.
