Harley Street Hearing Reviews

Very helpful and friendly team. The Dr I was seeing was very understanding and have explained to me step by step all the test I will be having.
It was my first visit there as well as first time having those test done so I wasn’t sure what to expect so having someone who like that helped a lot.
I would definitely recommend the clinic.

I am very glad I booked earwax removal at Harley Street Hearing. I managed to get an appointment within 12 hours and it was reassuring to be seen by a qualified audiologist. The procedure was painless and the change in my hearing remarkable. Thank you!

The Harley Street Clinic is beautifuuuullll! The facilities are so clean and neat and it is located in a very strategic spot. The service is absolutely helpful! They helped change the wires on my hearing device (my hearing device’s brand does not exist in the UK cause I bought it from my own country but they still offered to help fix it.)

Very efficient and friendly service would use again !

So pleased to have my hearing restored after micro suction.

I have been a patient for years all the audiologists are extremely good nothing is too much trouble very thorough. A very well run practice staff are excellent.

I’ve been going to Harley Street Hearing for several years and really rate their skill, knowledge and professionalism. They recently fitted me with a hearing aid and the overall service has been tremendous. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Fantastic microsuction and every effort was made to fully restore my ears to good condition.
Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Excellent service.

Very happy with my appointment with Harley Street Hearing. Consultant was very attentive with excellent rapport. Explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with the procedures and the tests performed. Highly recommended!

Great experience with appointment. Everything was clearly explained and what to expect during the session. Tests carried out with explanations and conducted in sequence. Options discussed and report was received the next day.

Harley Street Hearing and their fantastic staff never cease to amaze me with their thoroughness, care and dedication to ensuring that my hearing solution is operating as well as possible. Nothing seems like too much trouble for them and appointments are always available within hours or days at most. Phone calls are always answered within seconds, no interminable waits or "I'm sorry, but we're experiencing high call volumes at the moment, yada yada, yada messages". This company constantly amazes me. I know it sounds from this review like I'm a shareholder or have something to do with the company, but I have nothing to do with them at all apart from being a client for the past few years. At first, I thought that they were rather expensive and was reluctant to use them (my insurance company insisted that I use them for some replacements of lost hearing aids) but I realise now that this really is not the case in terms of the level of service that I get from them. I've worked with all the usual suspects in the past (Boots, Specsavers, Costco and other specialist hearing companies), but none of them are in the same league as Harley Street Hearing.
I really can't recommend them enough.
You can go to the middle of a low Division or go to Harley Street Hearing and be right at the top of the Premiership!

Five star service - friendly and professional.

Lovely team, very welcoming, I’m very happy with my hearing aids and the aftercare is great too.

Very efficient.

Nadia is a very professional audiologist and helped me to solve the whistling issue with one of my hearing aids

Harley street hearing made me feel well looked after and safe from the moment I walked in to their treatment rooms in Harley Street.
They made extra time for me and at every stage I was given solid information and options to go forward.
I am looking forward to coming back for my next appointment.

Efficient, professional and delightful staff. Superb audiologist who explains everything so clearly. In depth testing that gives the most accurate readings and treatments.

I received excellent service from the Audiologist yesterday on attending for an annual review.
She addressed issues most thoughtfully which I had raised that were making my hearing experience below par.
As a result the boost to my hearing aids has given me a new level of satisfaction and confidence.

This was my first hearing test, and the process was ever so smooth, comfortable and informative throughout. Matt was great with answering my questions and also educating me on aspects of my hearing that I wasn't aware of. I'm really looking forward to receiving my custom hearing plugs in a few weeks!
