Don't expect ur order to be delivered on time
Company doesn't understand meaning of next day delivery. After checkout apparently u have to confirm address via email. Customer service is terrible and they seem to blame everything on the customer taking no responsibility. You can definitely see this from the way they reply to negative feedback.

Address Confirmation Process: Your order was placed on 16/02/25, and we noticed that the door number was missing from the address provided. To ensure your parcel was not lost, we emailed you immediately to confirm the full address. This is a standard procedure for us, as we often receive orders with incomplete addresses and work with customers to resolve this quickly.
Timely Response: We received your confirmation on 18/02, two days after our initial email on 16/02 at 16:55. As our office closes at 5 PM, we processed and dispatched your order the following day, 19/02, once the address was confirmed. Had we received the address confirmation within one day, your order would have been dispatched sooner. The delay was not due to poor communication or service on our part but rather the time taken to confirm the address.
Delivery Service: We understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeline. However, we do not offer a next-day delivery service. Our DPD Express delivery service guarantees delivery within 1-2 working days after dispatch, which was clearly communicated during checkout. Your order was dispatched on 19/02 and delivered within the promised timeframe.
Refund Request: We regret that we cannot issue a refund for the delivery charges, as the delay in dispatch was due to the time taken to confirm the address, and the delivery itself was completed within the agreed timeframe.

Good quality but unfortunately limited colours
I have received my order today I am happy with the quality but not happy with the colour, I want a dark green Abaya, but they sent me a different green colour it gives you greyish colour, I wasn’t happy with the colour at all, also I want to buy another 2 colours from the same Abaya but in different colours but they limited colours which I don’t like, I want off white, cinnamon colour, black, beige colour, navy colour, burgundy colour, chestnut colour, grey colour, indigo blue, olive colour, and so and so.

Stunning embroidery, i bought the Premium rio Black embroidered Farasha, It is really ellagent, love it. However it's totally transparent, so not modest at all,luckily I bought another simple black abaya which is totally transparent as well ,so will have to wear both of them to be modest. You would have thought with it being premium that it would have been lined.Having re -read the description it says styles with an inner slip, guess i should have read it before buying it. Abaya was very well cut and stictched. Looked good on as size was true to suggestions.
