BEWARE THE MATERIALS ARE NOT AS ADVERTISED. CUSTOMER SEVICE AWFUL. I have serious synthetic fibre allergies and can only wear natural fibres. I bought an Emirati open abaya advertised as premium linen. After putting the item on I developed a significant rash and blisters which required hospital attendance as the item was synthetic and not linen. The premium modal hijab had plastic factory waste sewn in, another abaya ordered as a gift using the size guide was significantly too long. I have a lot of respect for Islamic businesses and the ummah so I sought to resolve the matter in a respectful and fair manner. I only asked for a refund of the item that made me ill and an exchange for the items that were defective and size misrepresented. I was only offered a partial, not a full, refund and no exchange. There was no responsibility or care given to the fact that I ended up in hospital and could have died from an allergic reaction. As a health vulnerable adult the experience has impacted my well-being greatly and to be shown zero care or fair resolution is unjust and dishonest. Please spend your money elsewhere.

It’s ok it’s not very high quality and hijab is very thin material which I can’t use with the abaya I have to buy a separate hijab with the my abaya they sent
