This is a complete scam, the product took forever to arrive and it is complete garbage. It doesn’t work at all and I feel that you stole my money.

I wish I would have read this too. I placed my order back in February and never received anything. Like also stopped replying to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

COMPLETE FRAUDE i have been waiting for customer service i never got my product and i want my money back but they are very good at not replying.

I wish I saw these reviews before buying something. I bought something a year ago and have been getting the run around about it ever since. I guess I have to roll over and accept the fact that I'm never getting my item or my money back. I'm done buying things from anyone except Amazon.

I lost $50.00 from them and they just stopped responding to me. You cannot trust them to send you what you paid for. THEY ARE CROOKS AND STEAL FROM YOU! I feel they stole the money.

I order a product from Hazel Harper in 18/3/17 and its still has not arrived and they keep telling me its on its way. the tracking number provided says that it has arrived in Australia but the Australian couriers are unable to find it.
I have complianed to many organisations however no one has done anything to date.

I would not be buying anything from this company. its a total scam and fake.

Never received order and when I e-mailed them to send my order or give me a refund, I never got a response.

I place an order with them 6 months ago and have not received it yet. I have emailed them 6 or 7 time and and asked for a refund and they say it is on the way and can't refund until they get the product back. The last email I received from them was 2 months ago. I have emailed them twice since and they have not replied back. This company is a scam do NOT order anything from them.

I placed an order for the black head exterminator June 5, 2017... It is now October 30 and I still have not received the package! I have contacted the company multiple times for a refund and they just keep saying "it's on its way"
Don't waste your money on a company that doesn't give you anything!

Never received order. Scam and took money form us.

Ordered the waxing kit in early august. Nothing arrived in late September. Sent numerous emails but no response. Definitely a scam do not order from here!!

this company is a big fraud. paid for a LUMI projector and 3 months later, it still hasn't arrived. they haven't answered 3 emails or my numerous inquiries via their website form and their phone is no longer in service. i've cancelled the payment through my credit card company. AVOID ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM. and if it looks cool on social media - know that it's a fraud!

Item didn't arrive, contacted the company and they ignored me, I had to get a refund via paypal. AVOID

I made an order the beginning of May, was informed the next day it had been dispatched, 6 weeks later no sign of product and tracking details don't work. Contact company for update to be fobbed off that item was still in transit. Another 4 weeks pass and still no sign, I ask the company for a refund as I have not received product, their response was that as the item had been dispatched a refund would not be possible unless I returned the item (difficult to do as I'd never received it in the first place!). Luckily I paid through Paypal, I raised a dispute and a couple of weeks later (Hazel Harper never responded to the claim) I received a full refund courtesy of Paypal.

Avoid at all costs!!

THE WEBSITE IS A SCAM!

I ordered a product for around roughly $30 and it has been over 4 months and I did not receive product. I do not know if this is related or not but shortly after ordering from this website an attempted £1500 was hacked from my bank account. Luckily the money wasn't taken as the withdraws were pending. They are not very good at replying to emails either despite me addressing the issues above all they said in recent email 12 days ago was "We already contacted the shipping company and they said that your order was held at customs and we are now in contact with them. Once your order is released in customs, your order will arrive within a week. So we are asking if you can still give us 1-2 weeks for us to deliver your order." Well if product is not received within the next 2 days I will be contacting my banks fraud department and discuss with them this website - as 4 months is ridiculous time to wait for a small product.

This company is a scam I purchased 2 items months ago and have not received them their number listed on the site is not in service and they are not replying to emails.

Disgraceful and appalling customer service! I have sent over 15 email trying to get the product I purchased back in March 2017 - They don't give a SHI-T about their customers and makeup LIES constantly. So.... Deal Hasel Harper, I hope the refund that I was entitled to for $16.98 USD that you had no intention of getting back to me was worth it.

I've been scammed !!! Going on 3 months now and still nothing. This company is obviously in the business of scamming people. I can't believe how many people are having the same problem. I called my bank and filed a claim.. I suggest more people do the same. I will also report the to the BBB
