If I could give this company zero stars I would please do not order from this company ! I ordered a blackhead illuminator over 12 weeks ago and have yet to receive it every time you call their phone number you get an answering machine telling you to email the company. I emailed the company but all I got back was an automatic generated message stating I needed to wait longer with a tracking number, when I look up the tracking info it keeps telling me no such tracking number exists. I emailed again and demanded a refund I was once again given an auto generated message telling me basically no and to keep waiting. I keep emailing and I keep getting same automaticlly sent message. They robbed me $30. Save yourself the headache . They're frauds.

Just like everyone else - Friend of mine bought an item, tracking code provided does not work. Appears to be a Malaysian based postal reference. Do not buy anything from them.

All of the item I order from Hazel Harper number is HH2016121176 and I have not receive my shipping. Its; 1x Elfie - The Selfie Drone (Upgraded HD Vision) and 1x Lumi HD Projector Full HD Ultra Portable and Incredibly Bright - US Plug. I ordered on June 9th which been almost 2 months. I want my money to be back on my credit card doesn't matter if the product is gonna be on my door tomorrow because you guys policy is 4 week and its sucks that I can not receive my items !

I ordered a product over 90 days ago, they charged my credit card...and I never got the product. I have tried to call, but the vm says to email. I have emailed and I get the same response each time...that they have shipped the product so they cannot issue a refund. Then they send me a fake tracking for the package that says "package cannot be found". PLEASE trust me and do not order from them!!

Scam. Tracking number said "item not found" and I never received it. Chargeback time!

Given tracking number and no product received........same as everyone else it seems!!! Waited two months and complained numerous times.......SCAM SITE

Purchased a product being promoted through Facebook. The product did arrive (6 weeks later). The product however was not what they had promoted and did not have the functions they were promoting. I requested a full refund due to the product being different to what they promoted and advised that they don't do refunds. I will jump on and amend this review if they do in fact refund me, I am not going to give up.

Never recieved my product after 2 months, how the hell is this scam website still allowed to operate with this many people getting screwed over?

This site is a complete scam. I was given a fake tracking number for my purchase and never received the item. I have emailed customer support and have called numerous times since March with no reply or answer. Please do not purchase from them. It's insane that they still have a site up.

Order a projector a month-and-a-half ago still has not showed up they didn't hesitate to take my money. This company is phuckin scam with a bunch of bull$it! I will find you!!!#

SCAM. Product never received

I had a poor experience with Hazel Harper. In the beginning of my purchase they shipped my order fast and immediately answered my emails in regards to my package however, that was short lived. My package was in Canada for 2 months and I kept emailing them to contact the shipping company because I could not find the number myself. I eventually receive it a month later and they did not ship one of the products I have ordered. Once I found out, I took a photo of the package weight and my order form to prove there was a discrepancy within the weight and they have not emailed me back after I sent multiple messages. Once something goes wrong this company does not fix it or communicate to you. I lost 30$ due to their mistake. I will never shop on this website again.

6 weeks now and no product. No response to my refund email. Very disappointed!

NEVER EVER AGAIN

I wish I had read the reviews prior to order from them. I ordered on 29th April and it wasn't until yesterday 27th June that I finally got my money back from PAYPAL not them - the same stupid email sent to me - sorry tracking number blah blah blah' ... so just don't waste your time and money.

A terrible company to deal with. They are liars, their products are crap and forget it if you try to communicate with them. They ignore phone calls and emails. Thankfully I purchased through Paypal with buyer protection. Stay away from this company. Hazel Harper are scoundrels.

Never order from this website they are liars and do not stay to their word. On the return policy it says items can be returned but they will not return my projector. The projector does not work on wifi the way they were saying. This is a piece of junk. I am completely unsatisfied they want to take $100 from everyone for nothing for a plastic box that does not work at all. Horrible they should get sued for this!

I ordered the projector...it's a piece of junk...the picture is nothing like they advertise...it's blurry and small and does not even work. I emailed them for instructions to ship item back for a refund...I was informed they don't give refunds...really...$100 for a piece of junk...calling CC company! Your business sucks!

Basically thought me a lesson to always check reviews before ordering from any website online. Ordered the wax in the beginning of April and it's now the end of June, no product. They are also not returning any emails as well and closed the status of my order on their website. I will try to force my bank to pullback the payment I made to them and see if it works. But make sure you read reviews before placing online orders people!
