I ordered for almost 3 months now and have not seen anything. This is a F**king scam!!! one of the worse company ever and I don't know why this person is so dam stupid but know how to create a website to screw people up??

Received item but the remote control is broken in half. Can't get anyone to answer emails and their customer service phone number is disconnected.

This company is ridiculous!
I have waited 3 months a well as alot of other people! Un-freakn-believable! I have got no response after sending them proof that the tracking number is non-existent!
I am LIVID!!!!
They have been ignoring all my emails..so i took the next step into getting my money back, i contacted my bank and disputed the purchase, i had explained to them all the details of those 3 1/2 months, explained i never received my item and mentioned i had all the emails since the beginning, if you dont do this you wont get yours back. If you decide to give it a go with this company, my only advice is..Keep your emails, it will help you!

Total scam company. Placed an order over 3 months ago and still haven't gotten it! Now I'm blocked on the email list so I can't send anymore to them. Just kept getting the same one back saying had been shipped and gave me a tracking number that doesn't work. Says "item not found" I don't know how I can get a refund...

Product came not in original boxing. No instructions. Damaged and didn't work and they do not care at all.

Made an order over 3 months ago and never received it. During the time I've asked multiple times where my item is and then asked for a refund multiple times and everytime I was met with the same response 'your item is due to be delivered today'. Obviously it never was. The tracking doesn't even work, it just says item not found.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I opened a dispute case and during it Hazel Harper were the ones that escalated it - saying my item via the tracking info has been delivered! I knew it hadn't but I tried the tracking they supplied in the dispute again and it still says item not found! Rubbish company, I hope PayPal help get me my money back.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with do NOT buy from this company. The biggest scam ever refused to send refunds cannot track the items. the list goes on and on.....

I have been waiting almost 3 months for my product. Even though it is obviously lost, no offer has been made to send a new one and a refund has been refused since the product is still, "in transit." My last 2 emails have gone unanswered. As far as I'm concerned, this is a complete scam.

I placed a order in April. It is now August and I have yet to receive the product. I have e-mailed several times requesting a refund and the same general response it sent to me.
You can't call goes to voicemail and tells to e-mail.

SCAM...I hope someone sues them, placed a order in March. Never received the product and I've asked for a refund several times, and now no ones responds and the only way to reach them is through email because a recording picks up when you call. Everyone go to their facebook page and write SCAM all over their wall.

Yes, they are the scam company, I ordered on June 6th, 2017 and have not received the order yet. I asked for a refund and they refused. Then I emailed them twice last week and they have not responded! I should have read the review first before purchase it.

So DO NOT ORDER anything from them!

Complete scam, ordered 10 weeks ago and never received anything. Every time I inquire, they send me canned message that it may take up to 4 weeks though we are in the 10th week.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
Ordered the charcoal toothpaste back in February still haven't received it 5 months later! I have emailed and get the same response its still showing up as in transit so they cant refund which is BS its has obviously been lost and they don't want to refund me.
Avoid this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before I forked out money for something apparently I'll never receive!! It's been 8 weeks since I was told my item shipped. I've emailed several times, and just like the others received an auto generated response, with a fake tracking number. This company is a JOKE! Customer service is nonexistent!!! I wish I knew then what I know now!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HAZEL HARPER...YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

Waiting time very long for the producet I ordered. The customer care is really a joke. Only standard oneliners instead of giving answers to my questions.

what a bunch of thieves! do not buy from this website. a very bad mistake I did. I did receive product but broken and not working properly. they have a no refund policy. asked for exchange but no luck. I called my credit card company and I got my money back because my credit card company confirmed that this is a true scam website! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE!

This website is definitely a scam. I ordered product 3 months ago & I still have not received anything. I have 16 emails from the last two months of generic responses. The tracking number they gave me has something to do with Malaysia, but it's never actually worked. I keep telling them I want my money back, & they tell me that once they receive confirmation that the shipment is on its way back to them, they will refund my money. I can't believe this website is still up & running. Total BS!

Same. If I could give 0 I would. Two months, fake tracking and no order. No way to leave a message or speak to anyone. Emails get the same generaric response with fake shipping number. So frustrated. Also immediately following placing this order I started receiving tons of spam calls on my cell phone. Ridiculous!

Product arrived broken. Customer service is a joke. Dont spend any money here. They will not return any product.

Same as everyone else. Waited over 2.5 months and still nothing. Tracking number doesn't work. Awful! I want a refund.
