An excellent telephone consultation.
An telephone appointment was arranged for the next morning, a Saturday. It was made on time and the Physiotherapist who called was very knowledgeable and asked many questions. As a result of this consultation I was able to book physio sessions at my local private hospital. A great service.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy - only negative was when I rejected my appointment due to location, I didn’t get any notification to say”we will get back to you with an alternative appointment ” for example . Was just left not knowing

The service provided was fast and efficient, the physiotherapist carrying out the assessment was knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Diagnosis and next steps were agreed in the meeting and follow-up was provided within 24 hours.

I found the Doctor arrogant and rude
I found the Doctor arrogant and rude. He wouldn’t listen to what I was telling him. Very upset after the video call.
I was made to feel very uncomfortable by him. Very very disappointed and thinking of cancelling my insurance.
