I never leave a review but I had to…

I never leave a review but I had to mention how amazing Heidi holidays are. From booking enquiries being answered late at night to lots of hotel options. The whole process was simple.Transfers were quick , hotel was great and as described.The ski rental was very close by and lift passes were able to be collected with ease. Booking it all through Heidi made a short mother and daughter weekend away so easy. I will definitely use Heidi in the future

Brilliant company

Brilliant company, I normally organise everything myself, which I don't mind but is hard work, Heidi were great, they do all the legwork for you and the price was amazing, will definately use them again.

Ski trip to Flaine

We had a great time in Flaine. The flight was on time. The airport transfer was smooth. Our hotel Terra ces d'Helios was comfortable. It is a fair distance from the the lifts, but one can ski in and out. There is also a free shuttle bus. It was easy to pick up our hired ski kit, which was a short walk away. The company even picked it up from the hotel when we were leaving.
Overall, we would use Heidi again without hesitation.

Really pleased with the whole booking…

Really pleased with the whole booking process. Everything went so smoothly from the booking of the flights, the transfers both ways, the apartment/hotel and the resort . Had a fab time on the slopes. I would use Heidi again. And would hope for a similar experience.

The booking process was great with any questions being answered by a very helpful & knowledgeable person, immediately via their chat option

The Pierre et Vacances accommodation in Chantemerle was as described and their staff were also extremely friendly & helpful.

Transfers were promoted and easy too.

Simple and efficient

Simple to book-start to finish.

It was easy to contact Heidi, both initially and for follow up. Clear and quick booking process. Confirmation email and supplemental emails arrived in timely fashion. They were clear and concise. It was comforting knowing that Heidi were just a call away if you had any issues or questions at any time.

Great service & amazing holiday

We made a last minute booking with Heidi to Meribel, the 1st time we've ever booked with them but definitely won't be the last.
I found them to be very professional & immediately responded to the enquiries I had, delivering a speedy & personal service. Many thanks to Hattie who clarified all my questions via telephone following up with full information via email.
Prices are very competitive & private transfers were included which we very much appreciated.
After booking, communication was excellent from both Heidi & the transfer service.

Look forward to using Heidi again, we had an amazing holiday

Poor communications once I had booked…

Poor communications once I had booked the holiday, quelle surprise!
Was told I could upgrade to half board, then told I needed to do it myself via the hotel. Then another advisor told me something else. The left hand needs to be introduced to the right!
Also, they use Ryanair - need I say more.
No resort rep at the airport or in resort.
Luckily there was a Crystal Ski Rep. My advice is to use Crystal Ski, just putting it out there.
On our last but one day we received a text with the collection time. Then we received another from a random taxi firm.
When I called to question this, nobody had an answer. So they had to call me back. It turned out, the random taxi company had the right time. Their time was an hour later and we would have missed our pick up.
And the final turd in the water pipe, our collection time was over 6 hours before we were due to take off, despite only a two hour transfer . When I questioned this, it was to avoid any traffic delays.
When I pointed out we were travelling at 5.30am, I said are you sure the roads are going to be so busy at this time of day?
So, to conclude.
Barge pole, touch, wouldn’t them I with.
Rearrange to make a well known phrase or saying!
