Had some great advice at unsociable hours from real people who could share their experience.

The after sales (pre-holiday) support and communication was top notch. Heidi are top of the list for when we book our next ski break!

Overall good, but transfer needs improvement

Everything was really good and easy, except for the transfer experience managed by a different company. The transfer was managed really inefficiently on the way there and the times changed a lot from booking on both the way there and back (>1.5h different), eating into the time skiing.

That feedback on the transfer is really helpful. Times shifting by over an hour and a half from what was booked, both ways, is a significant difference and we completely understand how frustrating that is when it eats into your time on the slopes. We'll make sure this is raised with the transfer provider.

I recently stayed at Hotel Regina Les…

I recently stayed at Hotel Regina Les Gets and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.

The apartment was not clean on arrival there was a thick layer of dust throughout, and several items in the kitchen, including cups, were so dirty they were sticking to the shelves. Basic amenities were also lacking: there was no kettle in the room, the towels provided were all too small to be practical, and there were no functioning lights in the bedroom.

The layout of the bathroom was also poorly designed, with the unit under the sink positioned so close to the toilet that it made it difficult to sit comfortably.

Service was equally frustrating. When we asked for additional pillows, we were made to feel as though it was an unreasonable request. Reception was frequently unattended during advertised hours, and when we were finally able to speak to someone, the response was dismissive, with staff stating they were busy closing the hotel.

We were also given no instructions for check out and had to chase staff for information ourselves.

The ski boot room was in a terrible state cluttered with rubbish, with broken equipment shelvesand no proper space to store skis or boots.

It’s a real shame, as the location of the hotel is excellent, but the overall standard of cleanliness, facilities, and service falls far below what would be expected

Change of location for trip

My husband booked us a ski trip to Seefeld in Austria. It was a fairly short notice trip (less than 6 weeks before). It was a three day ski trip. A week before we were contacted by Heidi to say that the Seefeld resort was closing a week earlier than planned. As such after checking it was OK they moved us to Soll. They rearranged all the transfers and other Logistical matters. We had picked Seefeld as it was only a 30 minute transfer from Innsbruck airport. Soll is only an hour. The hotel we stayed in was lovely.
I feel that they were very efficient and would most certainly use them again.
